Bell Ringer Monk is a good prowess, he has vigilance. I would also suggest a Monastery Swiftspear, or a Blistercoil Weird. They are both small prowess creatures that you can get out quickly. Fated Infatuation is a nice instant as well.

At least take out Mox Diamond for something actually modern legal. As for what to put in, what do you want the deck to do? Burn? Control? Counter? Give me an idea of what you want, and I'll tell you what you need. For now, Monastery Siege, and Dragon Bell Monk would work well with the set-up you have. Stuff like Jeskai Infiltrator and Seeker of the Way might work, depending on what you want. I think that Jeskai Windscout is a must. Dragon-Style Twins goes well with prowess, as does Monastery Swiftspear. Goblin Electromancer and Hypersonic Dragon would help get the noncreature spells onto the battlefield. Pearl Lake Ancient and Prognostic Sphinx are big creatures that would help you with attacking and such. With all of your planeswalkers, how about Thrummingbird? Artful Maneuver would help as well, and I suggest either Tablet of the Guilds, or Staff of the Flame Magus, Mind Magus, and Sun Magus, or Dragon's Claw, Kraken's Eye, and Angel's Feather.

Mana cost is too high, but other than that, it would be good... I know I should do some discard, but I'll just keep it with the quick creatures, so that way I don't lose anything if they die. Plus, if he was put on top of my library, and I ran out of discard, I would waste hand space with him.

You could put in Deepcavern Imp. It still has abilities, and you have to discard one.

Yisan the Wanderer Bard would go well in this deck, getting out big creatures for small mana.

It really is, it can beat most of my other friends' commanders fairly reliably, the only person it hasn't beaten is Haloshark, but that's because his decks are ascendant.

I will put in the Mirran Crusader, but Stormscape Familiar is blue, and adds an extra color, just to take out mana cost unnecessarily.

Anyway, thanks for pointing that out. I was actually considering going to a tournament, but now it has to be modern, I have almost no standard legal cards...

It's a bit expensive, but that's mostly because of the planeswalkers.
