Never mind, I do have a dumb idea. Why don't you toss a Slip Through Space in there instead of Glint or something? It would take the "potentially" out of "potentially fatal attack". And, for once, I managed to keep the suggestion in the legality you want.
How about Dark Ritual? It's a great pre-modern card and causes a bit of mana-ramp.
For once, I don't have any stupid ideas of what to add to a deck. You covered everything that I can see, and if KJSJ3 sees it, she'll probably criticize, so I'll make this short, and try not to make too many people notice this deck: Good job, I really like this.

Okay, my mistake, I was unaware of that rule. I kind of live under a rock when it comes to Tournament rules, so I'm sorry.
You should get a curiosity in there, because put that on Niv-Mizzy, and you have a minigun combo. Kills pretty quickly. I also suggest a look at my friend's Izzet commander. Here's the link: http://www.mtgvault.com/xxnivmizzertxx/decks/izzet-wombocombo/
It's good, but you need a way out of the infinite damage combo. Otherwise, the game will never end, and will just be a draw. Good try, but back to the drawing board on that front.
