i would actually drop the green part - it's actually not needed unless you run some more aggro cards like sprouting thrinax, bloodbraid elf etc.... the might of oaks and rampant growth are really not needed, honestly. :-)

bad deck - not enough land amongst other things. you need about twenty one for this kind of deck and you need fat creatures to play a ramp deck like this (fast mana deck)
a stupid, pointless but fun deck lol to do ok it depends heavily on krak's thumb. + 1 because this is pointless and fun
you don't need to make the deck bigger you need to sort your mana base - your never going to generate the colours you want from alll basic lands. you need things like reflecting pool, dual lands and tri colour lands.

bad - make it sixty, otherwise it will never be consistent, and you willl never draw the cards you want to draw !
raging goblin should never ever be used its terrible. drop the raging goblns, the dragon fodder, the quest for pure flame and put in burst lightning and maybe banefire or fireball (although ideally neither of these should be usedin this kind of deck) also consider goblin assault. Other than that your deck is pretty solid.
demonic dread is not a great card put in bituminious blast if you want cascade or add disfigure. other than that, good. + 1 please check out my Jund aggro done properly deck
i think all those cards roughly equate to the amount you suggested
it is pretty expensive (malestrom pulse = £16 x 3, verdant catacomb = £12 x4, dragonsull summit = £7.50 x3, rootbound crag £7.50 x 4)

looks better but still..... Drop the following: 2 spellbook - terrible card honestly 2 0belisks of bant Add the following: add seaside citadel - they will make your mana base (your overall mana that you can generate)more consistent and add some borderposts (green, and white one and the blue and white one or even better add the m10 dual lands - this will sort out your mana
raging goblin is terrible ditch it
take a look atmy cascade fun deck and my black/red disccard +1 by the way
Rafiq of the many is essential in this deck other than that, good. oh and add 4 paths to exile rather than safe passage and negate
