the break is people using old cards that are technically commons but are a bajillion bucks and ruin shit like a steamroller. I think what i need is to make a banlist. Any advice?
hell yes mate! Lol
Budget decks are incredible. A lot of my decks don't even have rares in them. I started a trend called Microdeck which is a 40 card singleton deck with one rare to be the centerpiece of the deck. The trend seems to have died out a little because people have found a way to completely break the format. I need help trying to fix it. Please?
when running sylvan caryatid alongside MORE mana ramp how come everyone runs elvish mystic instead of axebane guardian? Its a little slower but you get extra mana and better selection.

I got that one lol
considering you only have two copies of gaea's anthem why dont you swap them out for spear of heliod? It'll add a bit of defense by being able to remove threats. I'd also add Cavalry Pegasus. Love that card.
haha thanks, I'm working on a creepypasta monster right now. He's called Morgan. I'll be posting it on deviantart when I do final touches on the story. I'll send you the link. Will also be working on making the Korimarx card. Thanks for the support! :)

O.O wow! Mana drain man lol
Microdecks are actually supposed to be singleton where you're only allowed one copy of any card except basic lands."Microdeck is a singleton 40 card deck with only one rare in it. You start the game with 15 life and your starting hand is five. There is no banlist and is perfect for multiplayer. Your sideboard may have up to five cards in it."
I like that idea, if you still don't get the lands you need from the free mulligan then revealing your hand to get one and putting a card back does seem fair.
Yes, hawkblade is right
