im not huge on the expanses or the wilds cuz the land comes into play tapped making your deck slowerand when i play dragons i play AGGRO, a true snapland lets you put it into play untapped at the cost of 1 life, that might be a better route? though their kinda pricey also you should sereously give the zirilan of the claw + dragon tyrant combo some consideration and go for gauntlet of power instead of caged sun so ive been upgrading my mono red dragon deck for the past like 10 years check it out? http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=241958&DeckCommentID=211945
not enough humans to go with Silver-Inlaid Dagger, Angelic Overseer, Bonds of Faith though all of those cards are awesome so is feeling of dread personally i think that Inquisitor's Flail, think twice arent totally important to your deck
also you might want to look into some painters servant, grindstone, lim-dul's vault decks for super cheap easy extremely competative legacy decks

why not just go legacy? the only card you have in here thats vintage is demonic tutor and youll have to go up against WAY less competition
if you cant go for gauntlet of might then at least gauntlet of power, just caged sun costs 6... also SEREOUSLY check out Fledgling Dragon

you want to have a bunch of tokens on the board not wipe the board out -3 day of judgement +3 despise if you have more than 1 elspeth in your hand one of them is a dead card due to the legendairy rule, but if you have 1 elpeth tiriel and one arrant you can play them both -2 tiriel +2 errant possibly consider an eldrazi monument and id deffinately consider basalisk collars ...sorry for my bad spelling
no offense, seems like a good standard deck, but it also seems like your a strictly standard player mox opal murcoil engine yes they are welcome in legacy heartless summons maybe but the rest of the dech just cant compete legacy is overrun by turn 3 is a long game decks look up cards like mishra's workshop metalworker trinisphere tolarian academy these are the cards that every slot in your deck cards are fighting with to fill and thats why ppl get mad at you when you ask for a casual legacy game at the local card shop lol
in fact i might even suggest going green black with this so you can include demonic and vampiric tutors and black suns zennith (that card would be sick in this deck!) and the 1cmc dissruption spells like inquisition of kozilek to get rid of your opponents ability to deal with your combo pieces
this is an awesome deck i like how the key card is low costing, 2cmc and then the 2 optional combo pieces are low too 2 and 3 makes it quite early game relyable but yah melaria and kitchen finks should be 4 ofs

I was thinking of making a legacy version of this deck so I could use goblin lackey, recruiter, and piledriver :)
I believe lotus petal is restricted to one to a deck You also don't have sol ring, though you don't have a whole lot of colorless casting costs and phylactery lich is quite similar to the djinn though costs 1 Cnc less so can be dark ritualed out and is indestructable however you'd want to increase your artifacts, if you did go for the lich 4x the black artifact lands would almost be necessairy
