Pillar of Flame to get rid of Undying creatures. Bonfire of the Damned is great to wipe their hexproofed guys out so you want something like that. Goblin Rally isn't really worth the investment, I would take it out. I would also drop the battle hymn and infernal plunge because your goblins don't cost much and neither do your burn spells. You have too many field nukes I think. 4 mortars, 4 electrickery, 1 blasphemous act. I would also try to get a couple bonfire of the damned in there. Maybe faithless looting for a little bit of draw otherwise you'll burn out really quick. Vexing devil has disappointed me recently so I wouldn't rely on them too much. Also you might want to consider Jarad's Orders so you can get a troll to get things out of your hand and put another big guy into the graveyard. Sorry for the double post.
You might want to find room for Griselbrand. Between him and Avacyn the game should be yours. I would mainly run him as a way to get card advantage against decks that press you to have it and you should have a way to get it too. Other than that, I can't complain. Good job! Boneyard Wurm because it has great synergy with the others. Vraska and Liliana of the Veil work for it because Vraska kills anything she wants to on drop and Liliana gets more creatures in your graveyard and bypasses hexproofed things. Drop the rancor and get your full playset of slitherhead and gravecrawlers. I would also find room for boneyard wurms and cavern of souls. Maybe drop the dreg manglers. The thought was getting more bang for my buck with Rakdos's Return and Bonfire but the original plan was closer to RDW but I decided I really wanted to dedicate it to the big man himself because he has so much potential. I think she might be going but I'm not sold on what she will be swapped out for yet. Olivia is a strong contender though.

I was thinking about getting rid of the Rix Maadi myself and cutting back on the Bonfire's because if you don't get them on miracle they aren't impressive anyway and dead in your hand most of the time. You're right about being unreliable. I haven't been able to pull what I want really so far. I wanted to find a spot for Olivia but decided to go with Chandra instead. That might be a bad decision, I haven't found out yet.

I think that golgari is going to be incredibly popular. I'm really interested to see what Dimir has to offer as the appropriately named House of Secrets has yet to be spoiled. Aggro Jund will be a big contender.
You do realize that demonic tutor is banned in just about every format except EDH and is restricted even in Vintage?
The point of the Zuran orb is if you are running late and don't get the first turn off that you now have a way to gain additional life so that you can draw more cards and combo off easier. The culling is better for this deck because it allows the spamming of spells easier. You can cull Griselbrand so he is back into the graveyard to revive him and do it again. Just for storm purposes really.
You know who is a real gansta in mill? Circu. I'm telling you if you don't give him a try you're wrong. If you don't like him in the end, sure take him out. At least do some test runs with him and I will assure you that you won't be disappointed.

Kavu Predators seems like it wouldn't get very far since they don't actually gain the life. Also, taking out some of the basic lands in favor of sac lands for getting the shock lands quicker and thinning out the deck.
