I wouls splash white for Sorin and Path to Exile. Or red for Stromkirk Captain, Olivia and Lightning Bolt. Mutavaults would help you get to desired amount of vampires for Bl Keeper and others.

You completely misunderstand. Hexmage is premiere card here. It kills PWalkers, ruins Oozes, Ravagers, Vials and other modern superstars. And its on 2/1 FS body. How can you complain about her instead of e.g. Child of Night which is in fact bad.

I would love to have 4 leylines in my sb, but there are so many other cards and decks that need answers and sideboard is only 15 cards. I will try it and decide if 3 are worth it.
Thalia is probably more of a legacy card. In modern I have seen her only in white weenie. She hurts combos (like storm) which are rarely played in modern. And against control there are better spells for this deck (like Voice of Resurgance). Sadly, she would hurt 1/3 of my spells.

While talking abou lands: consider a few basics (at least 1 forest) so you can do something about Blood Moon and have something to find when opponent Path to Exiles or Ghost Quarters you.
Also man lands would be awesome: Stirring Wildwood and Raging Ravine. They dont die to wrath and are quite powerfull.

Or if you want more options for various threads: Beast Within or Oblivion Ring

You definitelly want to have sideboard and Qasali Pridemage is obvious choice. Also Gaddock is ridiculously good in dealing with controls. No worries abou that supreme verdict. :-)

With these small tweaks its gonna be a nice deck. Also anyone can look at my Naya deck, its quite different and "a bit" more expensive, but very deadly http://www.mtgvault.com/zipec/decks/rgw-naya-midrange-modern/

14 mana ramp creatures is way too much. Lands are less vulnarable. You should play like 24 lands(+4), 8 mana-ramp creatures and 2 more big guys instead (pelakka wurm maybe?). I am not sure about mana land-enchantments, they are good in triggering Cliftrunner Behemoth.
Also Spark Trooper probably isn't a good idea, he builds you no board presence, you can run 2 more Cliffrunner Behemoth, 1 more Spellbreaker Behemoth and 1 more Woolly Thoctar - these 3 are much better, run them in playsets. Or if you want, you can run (for 4 mana) Huntmasters of the Fells or Sublime Archangel could be good with a lot of small mana-dudes, they are not awesome with mayael, but still.

Ufff, I am not sure, I see this deck being easilly disrupted and struggling to get good hand too often. Maybe you are trying to do too many things at once. But when it works, it will be glorious no doubt. :-)

Exactly, this is no burn. Closer to elemental tribal.
Still not too bad, try Brute Force for damage and protection against Bolts. Also forget about Infernal Plunge.

Why push Theros so much? Is it for Theros constructed? I would expect at least Elvish Mystic if it is standard.

Not bad, although I would suggest more creatures. Maybe some Phalanx Leaders? If you play Thassa and Aqueous Form, maybe Bident of Thassa would also be a good idea.

That card ruins this deck more than anything else. Everything dies. Phoenix, poof, gone forever. I would not recomment it before cutting creature count to something like 15 and big ones (no Pyromancer).
EDIT: anubisbeat: You are wrong, this is no god killer, this can't deal with idestructibles

You are building a different deck. :-) I believe both versions work. More burn is better for Phoenix and Pyromancer.

I think Swiftfoot Boots would be better than the Cloak.

If you are not worried about losing your friends, try Phyrexian Dreadnought :-)
Also I would recommend to run more spells to find your Orb.

Have you considered running Purphoros, the red god? All your creatures (except Young Pyromancer) add 2 devotion (Reckoner 3) so it would be enough to have just 2 of them out for him to be able to swing. Plus his triggered ability is super sweet. Even more with Young Pyromancer. I think he would fit here perfectly.
