Okay, okay. It's not a bunch of random cards with madness. It is hard to see whether a deck functions well or not until you've played against it.

I only see Mind Stab and Wheel of Fate for discarding.

There are 4 uncommon cards in the deck and a rare in your sideboard. Not pauper.

Madness is awesome, but this deck is just a bunch of random cards with madness.

Definitely needs at least 24 lands. I think you should have either Captivating Vampire or Dark Impostor, but not both. Malakir Bloodwitch is kind of unnecessary in this deck.
The Intruder Alarm card bothers me. If you have more than one it does you no good. I think you would be better off with some low CMC vampires.

The infinite turns thing is kinda cool, but Helix Pinnacle and Platinum Angel are lame cards. Replace them with Power Conduit and focus on monsters for the win.

A bit pricey for a deck that wouldn't work well in a 4+ player game, but very fast in 1 on 1.

Should probably have a way to draw though. I recommend Survival Cache.
Also, something to save your little creatures from a "2 damage to each creature" situation like Fortify or Glory of Warfare. Though Glory is Modern.

I like the idea, but unless you get lucky and are able to play land 7 turns in a row or happen to draw a couple Bubbling Muck, you probably won't survive.
Unfortunately the only cards I can think of that would fit are kinda pricey (by my standards). Dark Ritual, Mutilate, Decree of Pain, Forced March.

Adding cards to attack with would take away from the combos that make this deck function.

If you were to play this against a mill, discard, or sacrifice deck I don't see how it could win.

I love budget decks. You have some really good ones. I especially like that most of them would work well in games with 4 or more players. However I've noticed you don't usually incorporate a reliable way to frequently draw cards. It's really important, especially with a low CMC deck like this.

Also, why is this tagged WTF MtG Vault?

There are some good ones in other colors. Spirits go well with arcane too of course.
