Looks fun, but doesn't function at all without Psychogenic Probe on the table. Most of the"shuffles library" cards actually benefit your opponents and there is no way to draw scry or search your own library.

I don't really like spending money on nonbasic lands so I rarely put them in my decks, but I suppose they can be helpful.

I changed this deck a lot. Works much better now.

I just noticed Training Grounds really doesn't do much good. I also feel like Contagion Clasp doesn't fit. It would be nice to flicker Venerated Teacher, but that would require a major overhaul.

I like it. It should probably have some more land and a way to draw cards though. Enclave Cryptologist, Azorius Charm, Tezzeret's Gambit or Hindering Light.

I ended up switching Goblin Arsonist for 3 Lightning Axe and 1 more Surge node. This way I can destroy larger creatures without having to use Talon of Pain and I'm more likely to benefit from Dismantle.

Indeed. I used Slag Fiend originally, but Goblin Arsonist triggers Talon of Pain after he blocks. I suppose I should sideboard him though. Thanks

I love your suggestions. However, because this deck was basically just a joke and I'll never actually play it I won't bother changing it. Let me know if you make a version of it though.
