The idea here is to pillow fort, and tax your opponents to death after that, Marchesa helps you draw more cards and also acts as a nice deterrent especially if you can give her First Strike.
Ramp, build a fort, people don't seem to mind that part so much. Then as it's convenient (and leaving you enough removal to deal) start putting out tax effects and other damage dealers. Profit.
