you should let me know hows it plays out, ive always wanted to build a wither deck, and this one looks pretty fun

Yea i thought about adding blue, but i feel it slows this deck down too much to worry about 2 different colors of mana, depending on the deck im facing my burns should make quick work of any first few turn creatures, if i cant destroy them i have the flying and trample of other cards to fall back on. not to mention grapeshot really superpowers this deck along with past in flames this deck normally overwhelms the opponent very quickly with only like 1 or 2 creatures out haha

i'd just have to figure out how to supercharge my mana ramp, like mana reflection mixed with viridian joiner and some quick buffs, it's be titanic growth, giant growth, tap viridian joiner and bam 16 mana to through down for it just from the viridian, let alone anything else i have. Just thoughts tho, i'd have to think on what to do with the deck

Neat idea, I've always wanted to create a mana ramp curse deck thats based on genesis wave to just blast every curse out at once

how needed is crucible of worlds in this deck or smokestack? maybe squeeze in the knight by taking one of those out? cause damn thats a sick little card, talk about total creature shutdown in a deck like this

You mind checking out my sacrifice deck, i just built it? It seems to be in a good place but i know i can improve it somehow, make it quicker and more effective. haha I just dont know what i need in it now. I may have it where i want it to be but i like 2nd opinions on these things, other ppl see things i miss.

thats understandable, especially since banshee is useless vs an all black deck other than being a 5/5 wither =p get them combos rolling a little quicker

brimstone volley and goblin grenade combo really nicely, a quick 10 damage with 4 mana =p nice

yea i think hex parasite is a much better add

gravecrawler is pretty cool, but isnt the only other zombie in your deck geralfs messenger? i think you could find a more suitable replacement for it. I have a sacrifice deck and i use brimstone volley quite a bit and it works pretty well. I think it would mesh well with this deck, and even if not that card i do feel gravecrawler could be replaced by something, but good mix of hatebound and warsurge i like it =p

Midnight banshee might not be too bad a choice to add in, it's a neat little wither creature, certainly fucks most creatures over that aren't black, but yours should be safe anyhow with melira. Cool deck tho, i'm a fan of wither as well =p

All is dust! you only have 3 colored permanents in this entire deck and you seem to be able to get plenty of mana to pay 7 for its cost pretty quickly

Also I would try to slim the deck down as close as you possibly can to 60 cards, will really increase your chances of pulling the needed cards =p

Maybe sideboard in or throw in a slagstorm, Don't know if you like flamebreak more, but slagstorm hits the flyers too so it might be a good choice instead

tooth and nail is always a good card for these kind of decks. But if that's the case maybe throw in a fog or 2 or at least sideboard it, ruin the opponents day when they think they have a winning attack right before you play one of your eldrazi

I would take out the elixir of immortalitys, they don't seem to mix together too well with this decks strategy. Maybe add in more empire artifacts, or some more burns like slagstorm. It's up to you and how you want to win most with this deck, the artifacts or burns or what ever else. But otherwise i like this deck, good idea with it

genesis wave, wild pair, or lurking predators maybe? amazing cards for slivers... more genesis wave and lurking predators, wild pair really depends on how many creatures have the same casting cost in your deck.

Double strike is hands down my favorite ability in the game! nicely put together, try adding inquisitors flail, works really well with double strike, especially if the damage is already being doubled

tainted strike would be a neat little fuck you card to add into this, or some phyrexis? haha
but i like it, shades have some real good buffers on them for cheap, and your mana curve looks good, you can play a shade about every turn. kudos

did you plan on keeping this deck standard? if not, try adding 4 cloudposts, and maybe some glimmerposts (tho i'd add cloudposts before glimmerpost, the glimmerpost just help out the cloudpost alot more)
