A great add to a giant deck is Crush Underfoot, especially since stinkdrinker daredevil will make it only cost 1 to do it

and honestly when no one is doing anything a planeswalker is perfect, gives them alot of time to do what they do without anyone interrupting them
Vedalken Mastermind is the perfect creatuyre to add, to return stasis to your hand for 1 so you can untap all your stuff on your turn and play stasis again on your turn before you end it =p
And btw man I like this deck for sure, has a great idea behind it of making the opponent able to do nothing. And if you have time I'd like to hear some feedback on what ya think of some of my decks, I'm always open to suggestions and constructive criticism
haha yea i meant voltiac key sorry, but yea i can understand that, but trading out one of your counters for just counterspell i still think might be a good idea
and add in vigor's amulet so you can untap isochron scepter =p
You should take out remand or memory lapse for Counterspell, its the better version of both those cards
Thanks for the suggestions
Thats a great add!
def. losing some creatures and adding more of the same creatures would help you alot, you dont need such a variety, try to maybe specialize your deck more towards one direction. You can have more than one way of achieving your decks goal, but specialize in the goal of would its suppose to do. Lose some of the random cards
maybe something like harrow to get you some more lands quick, or something . I like it, try even adding some get lands or mana cards...land grant, harrow, or some other land cards may help
Mana spells like desperate ritual or seething song or rite of flame would do wonders for your deck going off faster. obviously you wouldnt have to add alot, maybe just like 3 seething songs or rite of flames, or even instead of that just add some simian spirit guides to give yourself a few free mana. But ive always been a fan a myrs, ever since the first mirrodin and darksteel came out, i like the concept, i just feel you could make it go off a little bit quicker.
and btw i like your deck, but i feel that with a few mana cards like dark ritual or a pyretic, you ahould be able to go off faster for the win and more often. but no doubt kiln fiend with infect is a great kill
I actually built a turn 1 kiln fiend deck, it works real well and is quite fast. Check it out, give me any ideas or pointers for it if you have any. Let me know what you think. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=147003
I do have games every once in a while like that, I generally try not to play every card in my hand at once unless im certain im about to win. If all i can do is like 8 or 10 damage, i generally wait; this of course depends on the deck im facing or If i desperately need to get the opponents life total down for an easier kill. But this deck is def. still in the developmental stages, I'm trying to perfect it and little things like that are what im trying to fix with out slowing it down. I like how fast it works and want to keep it that fast, but im also trying to fix out the kinks in it, as you said like on games when i play my entire hand and havent won yet. ps. that smallpox card does seem like it would wreck shop, i like it
Pretty much the reason I have grapeshot in here is for the mass clear the field effect it has in one card cause of the storm it has with all my low costing spells and pretty much just to super buff kiln fiend in the process. If you have any ideas for what card I could replace it with, I'd like to hear. The mass burn and super buff for kiln fiend seemed to work pretty well for the most part when I've used it, but I'm open to ideas.
yea thank you, I've thought about it, I just felt double strike was so key to winning. But the ball lightning might work, Ill try it
