nice, i actualy had a similar idea i was going to design for modern use. i would suggest either the cheapo search lands to help out a lil or get some of the duel lands.

vampirearmy, every one has a dragon deck they believe is awsome. no need to dis someone, instead how about adding in some help for the deck.

not a prob, just givin credit where credit is due man. and hmm imma have to look that deck up now. i actualy havent herd of that deck before. sounds pretty insaine realy. sounds like it would be fun to attempt a damn near mirror version of it with modern day cards. idk if its possiable but hey might be worth lookin into lol.

wow this looks pretty good honestly. the only thing that could make it a lil more fun would be garruk relentless. pops out wolf tokens and u dont have to flip him really. just the token generation could be amuzing.

well first of, the dragons listed dont get +1/+1 counters on them.

second, that depends on the style u r going for. some ppl like myself i like a deck that can get going fast due to my area having alot of blue players. so a fast red deck is a good thing. to me spot removal spells/ burn spells r always good in dragon decks that dont run blue. a card i have been experimenting with myself is gitaxian probe. i can look at ur hand and draw a card. makes me more pos about droping a dragon or not.

lol not a prob. only way i know its so good is my bro uses it in his vamp deck combined with living death makes it a board wipe every time.... =/

not a bad build here. i have a extractor deck i built when zen was legal. ill post it if ur interested in some ideas. haha i imagine it wont be long before the head extractor sees this. surewhynot lol.

im just waintin for D.A to be added to this site really. i think its a deck u wouldnt see coming and i think the blue makes it a viable deck. with a few tweaks it can be standard legal. sure ill check it out.

just have graveyard removal and u dont have to worry bout it. like leylin of the void. or living death can be fun too.

lol sol ring. i dont see how ur getting +1/+1 counters here. i would suggest to be careful with the furnace it can back fire badly. i think u could use more removal spells just to keep ur opp off game. other than that it looks pretty good.

simple. more dragons means higher mana cost. higher mana cost means u will run out of time to beat ur opp. plus the biggest creature doesnt always win. dropping an incinerate isnt a good answer either. u have to understand that even with the shaman in the deck, he will more than likely be killed before he can be used. now there r so many artifact kill cards that even a lightning greaves wont help it out much. so spot removal is needed in a deck like this. pure dragon decks r very hard to do with out another color, changelings or some other form of support when using the larger dragons. they just become too slow. u also dont need a bunch of dragons to call a deck a "dragon" deck. personaly 4-6 makes it a dragon deck.

yah u could use a touch more land but braid of fire is pointless. the mana will be gone before u use it. :/ trust me i had that idea myself and did some research, it doesnt stay there till the end of the turn.
