I built a version of this deck that not only has the Pod Element of RUG, but the Splinter Twin combo as well. I feel like it's really strong even without dual or fetch lands.

I dont really like Leatherback Baloth because it doesn't do anything when it enters. Why not Virridian Corrupter to blow up other people's Swords, Birthing Pods, or Shrines? I also feel like you have too much ramp. Why not take out Nest invader and Llanowar elves and replace them with a playset of Overgrown Battlements. And with the one spot you have left over, why not put in Phantasmal Images? It gives your BOPs something to do in the late game where you no longer need to accelerate. And where's Phyrexian metamorph? Or Solemn Simulacrum?

Not to be a jerk or anything, but how do you plan to get Vorniclex out? It cost's 8, you can't pod to it and by the time you get it out, it'll just get countered on turn 7. Urabrask is better because it's pod-able and it stops the Twin combo. Which is pretty necessary in our standard environment. Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs is good too.

Vorniclex is really bad. REALLY bad.

Take it out, replace it with another Wallcaller and Put in Archdruids.

Green's Sun Zenith's and Viridian Corrupters are really good in elf decks.

Get rid of the Myr Sire's for Gold Myrs.

Put in some Grim Monoliths, It's a Legacy Ramping staple. It's pretty good. It can get a turn 3 Hive Mind Out.

Where's lightning bolt?

You cant have a burn deck without lightning bolt!

Really? I personally think that Battlesphere is one of the best cards in the deck, and Etherium Sculptor isn't in Standard anymore.

It's a shame that Shards and Scars couldn't have come in the same standard.

You should attack with the creature and then pop the fetch land if they leave it unblocked, its not necessary to pop the fetch before combat

Why do you have the Murmuring Bosk in here? There's no reason for it, is there?
