It also sort of bothers me that my witty title edh deck never made it to the front page, even though it had a bunch of likes and comments early on, more so than some of the other ones that made it to the front page. Uaaggh! Its like it conspires against my hard work!
You asked for feedback, and in my opinion, I do not reeeaaally like this particular version. While it may work, I do not feel /confident/ in it.It relies entirely on the mass of shadowborne apostles. If I were in your meta, I would just run one card like surgical extraction (completely useless in most EDH decks) but in your case, I'd basically claim victory. Likewise, you have only a handful of demons, in a protracted game, as long as they can overpower your demons, you're not a massive threat. Your apostles will only do so much, especially if door of destinies never shows up. I think that, without some graveyard capabilities, a couple tutors, and maybe a field wipe or two, it will not be an effective EDH deck.

Such a grey area... >.>But yeah. Like I was saying, you can acquire a lot of the spendier cards in cheaper versions for EDH. Since it was a deck for someone else, I figured I'd put them out there in case they were interested in beefing it up and making it a tad bit more lethal. ^.^That being said...Get rid of bloodghast (-10$) and put in cabal coffers (roughly same price, more staple of EDH black)It'll be better, Guaranteed. Bloodghast is only a 1 of in a deck of 100. Its not as useful in EDH. Same with Gravecrawler, if you wanted to chop off a bit more and go for a vesuva to double that cabal coffers. Could swap out Urborg for Thespian's Stage. That'd give you a chance to have 3 cabal coffers. Far more useful. You only have a couple non-swamps and they produce black mana anyway so urborg is sort of a meh for 10$.
Also... you'll need to do something about Pontiff of Blight and Crypt Gast. They have white in their hybrid mana cost, and thus cannot be used in monoblack. :(
Second note:Since EDH is usually not part of sanctioned tournaments, you can get some of the spendier cards in alt art or even proxies and play with them to give your deck some zing. Most people won't care since its typically considered a casual format.
Your lack of Mikaeus, the Unhallowed is extremely concerning!Also, your lack of cabal coffers + vesuva + thespian's stage is equally concerning! :DI have a couple EDH sacrifice decks you can take a peek at for some ideas/inspiration, or just to pass the time and have fun. That way, one thing you /can/ do, especially in really big games like, 4+ people, is run your Wight of Precinct six, get four-five cards into your graveyard, then keep bringing him back. He will be a particularly large creature, meaning you can sacrifice him with Gisa to get a ton of zombies at one time, or just smack your opponents with him. He gets particularly dangerous after In Garruk's Wake is played.Note: I BELIEVE that Pontiff of blight is not allowed in this deck since he does have a hybrid mana cost in his extort. You may want to double check that, however. Same with Crypt Ghast. Getting the Cabal Coffers, and perhaps Black Market and Nirkana Revenant or such could allow you to create massive amounts of mana on any given turn, so you could use something like Black Merchant for just extreme amounts of damage, especially if you swing with him and he gets killed, or something kills him and you regenerate him, because then it can trigger again when he returns from the graveyard afterwards ;). Something to consider. You get a +1 from me, good sir.

Rhystic study would not be a bad idea at all, especially considering how many players there can be. I consider it a good suggestion for sure. I'll have to play around with my draw power, as right now I believe I have a few good solutions, but a steady one like Rhystic Study may not be bad. If nothing else, it saps their mana a bit. +1 rep from me.
vaan is correct. It's mostly so I can use it with Cabal Coffers. Normally, it wouldn't be useful, but since coffers gives mana based on how many swamps I control, Urborg becomes more useful.
I completely agree. I took out Ob Nixilis the fallen because I didnt feel that damaging on the library search would be as useful, especially since there are more useful demons for me to summon early on, so hed end up not as useful. Gray Merchant is a card I really do like, but... Idk.Good suggestions, though. :)
Sneak a spell in there that has suspend on it, like arc blade or something.Drop it, then a turn or so later drop worldfire. Exile everything. Arc blade comes back next turn and slaps them in the face for the win.Or use the creatures I didn't pay attention to that also have suspend. S'all good. +1 from me for having a deck that is basically asking to be hated.

I'd sneak an Angelic Accord in there. Oloro is guaranteed to spawn a 4/4 flier every turn with it down. Can't go wrong with that!Deck has balance of draw, tutors, board wipes, creatures, hearty life gain, some removal, decent land-base, reliable mana generation, but otherwise I see no major, standout win conditions aside from just wearing the enemy down. I'm not real worried about card draw, really. If I can get Novijen sage out, or a number of other cards, I will have plenty of ways to draw cards.I have a number of tutor cards that I did not add, like vampiric tutor, and I'll probably swap them in or out depending on how the deck actually performs. I'd likely spend my first tutor trying to get Planar Portal and then use it to get Eye of Ugin so I have a couple search options, as long as I feel I have sufficient mana, that way I can just repeatedly search out cards every turn. Thankfully, most of my cards are rather useful so as long as I can draw cards I should be fine. Mikaeus is important for a lot of the major infinite combos, but not really for the effectiveness of the deck, where Marchesa is plenty capable. Bident of Thassa may be okay. The only problem is that it requires me to actually hit a player before it allows me to draw. Personally, I'd go for something that allows more reliable draw. Thank you for your input.
