very beatable, however it looks quite strong none the less. I would say... more removal, and maybe more pump enchantments. You can afford to take out a creature or two. Heres my newest standard idea: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=357823
cut the 4 spreading seas and add in 4 merfolk sovereigns, this will give you an emblem which allows you to deal considerate amounts of damage. Cut the 4 elites and add 4 lord of atlantises. Now you have 8 emblems to work with and a creature that gives all your other creatures islandwalk.
this deck is pretty cool. Thats all I'll say.
personal tutor... Is unfortunately more than I'm willing to pay for one card right now, but I think mystical tutor is something to look out for if I can find it.
.... It's the exact same thing as noxious revival except one small drawback that almost never effects the game. Not worth buying a play-set if you already own reclaim....
Can't believe I forgot about rancor. Definitely good replacement for war and peaces. For now I think I'll keep my creature base as it is though.

so... in about a week and a day or so, m13 will release, and you have a few months before this rotates out of standard. In that time I would suggest you consider rancor, and one or two ground seals in the graveyard.

Yeah, fury born hell kite plus end turn with sundial and now you have a 12/12 forever. So, this time I had trouble finding your commander, and this time I have no idea what he does. So again, I suggest you sideboard him.
I like to remind people that it's easier to find the commander when it's in the sideboard.
