But that's the thing, you can make a wacky deck and still do well, look at the, shameless whore alert, deck on the top of the hot page, its a crazy new modern idea that I've tested hard and it beats staple decks such as Abzan and amulet bloom. Well the truth is, I can't actually cast Progenitus, or Hell kite really, they get comboed in. Birds gives me SB options and works very well with crater hoof! The lantern is a little slow for what it does, as on t3 I can cast lots of dorks to set up a crater hoof kill, or actually combo, or harmonize to find my combo. Really glad you appreciate the deck!

It's not the playing fatties, its dramatic entrance, but you make a good point, I'll test and get back to you, although rn I'm testing search for tomorrow as that allows a t3 combo for Progenitus t5 kill or less depending

Especially when you are heavily modding a shell or making something new, testing and running gauntlets is so much fun. When you get to your goal tournament, you enter like a Zen-Like state and settle, know you cna do it and play it out like a boss. Feels so amazing, thats why I play Magic, for the thrill
