No, Annihilator is an effect the same way deathtouch or flying is, not all creatures have it. Pawn of Ulamog is an Eldrazi that does not have it.

You can actually end up playing all of the rats, each rat has ripple 4 and gets put onto the stack as you cast them

a couple descendants' path might make a nice alternate summon condition.

its not that unusual an occurrence, just the way it worked out. most decks wont have mythics unless its a planeswalker
