The land count is really up to the creator and their personal taste, but if you do think you could stand to remove a few that is a really good place to start.

The choice between Angelic Skirmisher and Desecration Demon is really up to you. Giving all your little guys first strike could help keep them alive, and lifelink will make Archangel of Thune trigger like crazy. Desecration Demon can come out earlier, is larger and helps with an entirely different things. Desecration Demon helps with removal, but that's only if you opponent want it to. If they don't, they get their faces smashed in by a 6/6 flyer.

Well, he keeps on "critiquing" things for menial reasons. For instance here he is just wrong about this deck, saying that he should add something to the description that's already there. I believe that is why Vr called him nitpicky.

That's why i've been wanting to get into pauper, but the creativity of those decks can be really stunted with the few cards available.

Yeah... Sadly most trading cards games have purchasable victories. You have to have the skill to back it up, of course, but if you don't have the cash to begin with then your screwed.

I've only been playing magic for a year and a half, so i made a decision to play standard for the most part. There are just so many different cards in modern, and it has a rather different play style as well. I think it would just be best to stick with what i know. I'll still play with this deck anyway, i'm pretty much strictly a casual player.

Not a bad idea. I haven't touched this deck in awhile, i should really look over some newer cards to up this deck a little. Sadly, this deck wont be able to work after the rotation of Innistrad.

Good reason to believe someone, but nothing rotates out until the new set rotates in. I wouldn't play anything from the Inistrad block at that specific store though. Regardless of what the true ruling is, its best to follow whoever owns the stores you play at. At the end of the day, your playing in their shop.

I feel that Sphere of Safety is too expensive to just make an opponent pay one mana. I wasn't thinking about Strionic Resonator working High Priest of Penance, but its useless with extort. It would only copy the extort of one card, and it would cost you two mana to activate it. It would be way more efficient to just activate your extorting cards twice more with that two mana.

Yeah, i got out of minecraft too. I never understood how some people just play that game constantly. It's good fun, and they do a great job of updating it, but its core functionality remains the same.
