It isn't about having the most mana possible. It is about filling your hand with as many land cards as possible, then discarding them to Zombie Infestation's ability. Even though the transmute would be useful, it adds another nonland card to the deck which increases your chances of running in to it with Treasure Hunt. The sooner you run into a nonland card, the worse things get. Im not sure about Contested War Zone, but i think he said in a few comments that it was added in jokingly.

I think what really doesn't make sense is simply that it costs twelve mana. This deck isn't made to get that many land onto the battlefield, its made to film your had up with land so that you can discard it all with Zombie Infestation.
Good news! Can't wait to see what else Theros can bring to this deck.
Ok, haha! I'll accept a 50/50 credit. If you can add Angel of Serenity after Theros comes out that's be great! But adding in Angel of Serenity and Angelic Skirmisher might hurt the mana curve.
"Good call on removing mutavault. The best deck for him is a sliver deck. That being said, Blind Obedience is the best extort card available. Sphere of Safety would also be a solid add for this deck. Also, Strionic Resonator can copy Archangel's ability, giving all your creatures +2/+2 for 2 mana. Path of Bravery and Angelic Accord would also rock in this deck." That was Dudeface's first comment, and it points out both Path of Bravery and Blind Obedience.
That was actually DudeFace, but whateves.
Awesome, man! Congrats!
Woop woop! Boon-chicka boom-chicka! (Repeat that about 200 times and you have an awesome electronica song.)
You can. Mouse over the name and a button that says edit should appear.
Itsmagic, have you ever heard the term "don't feed the trolls?"
Unforeseen, i hope you never have to play legacy.
Why did you repost it if all you did was change the name?
I don't even... What?
I wonder why...
That'd work.
Isn't 6 to 8 +1/+1 counters enough? And as i said before, you don't want to make a deck that is too dependent on one card.
That would be fine, but it might be hard for people to find. You'd need a good amount of people commenting on it for it to really work.
No problem.
And i'm being generally awesome. Cause that's how the HotPoloPlayer do!
Honestly, i'm not sure if Angelic Accord is good for this deck. I'm not saying it's bad, i just want to make sure that you can gain four life each turn to use it properly. It's another high mana costing card and would be almost dead if you can't gain that four life. If you have Archangel of Thune out then it's great, but relying on her too much will make this deck unreliable. However if you do gain a solid four life almost every turn then go for it! If you do add Angelic Accord, i would take out one Desecration Demon, one Fiendslayer Paladin and one Lifebane zombie. The reason i suggest you take out one Desecration Demon is because he is mainly just a big bomb in this deck, but so is Angelic Accord. Having 12 different big bomb cards in a deck is too many, but 10 will be a little more manageable.
