instead of gideons lawkeeper i would use niblis of the urn..... it is a flyer and it taps target creature as it attacks.Replace Crimson Mage with Stormblood berserker bc he is just an amazing card....replace lavamancer with Stromkirk Noble as he is a mega badass
well the mana is fine i finally play tested it and all works great.

Well i could have meant take two and i wasnt going to be an ass and be like this isnt type 2 but i wanted to clarify what it meant considering type 2 alsoo is not its technical name any longer. But nice deck man i like it. Sorry i didnt compliment earlier.
well it looks pretty cool man. how about instead of mana leak replace it with a kill spell or corpse lunge. reason being with all the fast big fattys and mana ramp mana leak is becoming less effective, but it is still super badass.

Instead of glorious anthem use honor of the pure. Its is the same thin....g 1 mana less...in this deck................. minus2 mentor of the meeks an add 1 o ring and 1 intagible virtue

Dash hoe becuase its a black counterspell rite of flame because it is used in net deck dragonstorms merchant scroll because its beast. Thats all i can think of off the top of my head oh and prismatic omen
