Like it, but I don't think Geist-Honored Monk has a home in this? Feels like Vorapede would fit better?

Think Twice instead of Divination (1 more mana cost for the same amount of cards but instant instead)

Haters will be hatin'

The mana looks a bit troublesome. Double black on Highborn, then double blue on Stitched.
You also use self mill and discard, why? For the apocalypse?

There are better removal than Victim of the Night (that's not double black), like Go for the throat or Doom blade.

Psychich barrier is also double blue.. I think the first ting you need to set straight in this deck is which color should be dominant. Secondly I'd advice you to either REALLY go for the self-mill & Zombie Apocalypse combo, or if you want to go for normal aggro build.

I like these kind of decks. They're not the best, but original and fun :D

With red you can also have Goblin Arsonist which can infinite ping if you have a priest and a havengul as well as HS out =P

Hm just realized how sensitive this deck is.. If I keep all my creature removal to target your Havengul with you're screwed. Maybe you need something like Gravepurge? That can also counter stuff like Surgical Extraction which would mess you up big time.

I think you're lacking a big guy or two. Maybe Angelic Destiny instead of Bonds of Faith? And maybe o-ring instead of Faith's shield? Just to deal with planeswalkers and what not.

Maybe? :)

When I'm drawing test hands it still feels a bit to weak against fast creature decks.

I think you are heavily dependant on Whipflare to survive early rounds so it might be worth having 4 of them.

And maybe Arc Trail should take Galvanic blasts place? I also think maybe 4 Mental Misstep could be nice in this deck since you can cast it with life so mana can't be an issue.

And I wonder if it's possible to squeeze in 4 Sphere of the Suns for some mana ramp?

If you're gonna run Deranged Outcast and Skirsdag flayer, why not splash some white in there for Gather the townfolks and Increasing Devotion? :)

I have a similar deck that did very well last FNM and during the rest of the weekend when playing with some friends. Zombies are for real again! :D

I like the deck, but Lavamancer and Harvestpyre creates a conflict with Boneyard Wurm and Splinterfreight. Get Ambush Viper and Tracker's Instincts in instead.

I'd also switch the Wreath of Geists for some Kessig Cagebreakers.

Think you can skip Angelic Overseer and Slayer of the Wicked and if we're looking at DA; Thraben Doomsayer looks like something that could feed the Skirsdag Highpriest (and Cultist if you get some of those in)

Instead of Unruly mob I'd play DA's Loyal Cathar (another human you can sac and get back)
I prefer Champion of the Parish over Unruly anyways, he usually grows faster.

All in all, I think you need to tighten the deck a bit, less 2's and more 4's :D

Isn't that a good thing? That's why I chose Sever, because it exiles and it can take more then 1 with it. In conjunction with black sun I have good sweeping ability. Black is a strong color in Standard and quite comon so Doomblade seems risky (I prefer go for the throat). I love memoricide and Surgical, and ofc Dismember, but what to take out?

Added heartless and Solemn as well as Rune-Scared Demon. Also put 3 Sever the bloodline in for more removal. Can't say if it's a better setup or not...

All good suggestions as always m8, but what to take out? I'd love me some solems and Heartless.
Heartless wouldn't be good for my birds tho, but I guess it wouldn't matter if I replaced them with solemns..

And maybe replace my two spheres with 2 heartless? What do you think?

Did some changes. Removed the Flourishing rites and replaced them with 3 pierced heart and 1 more death's hold. Also added 2 sun spheres but removed 2 lands (now I'm on 22 lands instead of 24)

Not sure if that will be enough lands, but considering all the fetch it should work. will have to proxy the deck and play test it some to find out.
