I think this looks really cool. Pit-Dweller is a bit scary, but can be very effective :D

I personally prefer the Black cat to the Ravenous rats, especially with Disciple of Bolas.

I think this deck will do very well, the only thing that might be harsh are the pit-dwellers, but I guess some playt esting will find that out.

Yeah I noticed that when I took them out, so they got right back in there, but only 2 instead of 3 and it balanced out a lot better :D

I had a look, but to be honest I'm not experienced enough in modern to give any advice, sorry :/

Heh the deck has really taken a turn from just being based on the malcontents to a strong beater. Thanks everyone :)

the way this is going it's almost that I'm considering turning it into this instead:

I got one more Fiend Hunter in, and yeah I've considered Doomed Traveler instead of Cathedral Sanctifiers, but I don't know, I just like the life gain more I guess.

I'll check your stuff out :)

I deffo agree with the cloudshifts, they just don't seem to be needed at all in the deck.
The Sanctifiers are just there for chump-blocking and the extra life they give is nice. Sure doomed Traveler would work too :)

I was debating with my self between Goldnight Commander and Cathar's Crusade.. The reason I went with goldknight is because he's a human and he's on cmc 4 instead of 5. Sure, in the long run Cathar's is better, but I don't want to end up in "the long run" for too long ;)

I did some testing with this Odric setup but didn't like it at all as much as I did with the earlier setup, so I'm going back a step :)

Again thanks for all the input :D

Yeah like I said, I think your version is a bit better, I will study it some more and see if I can change around some.. Getting a hold of Restoration angels will be a challenge :P

I'm a big mill fan, especially for standard because it's so hard to get one working.
I like your setup but I really think the Sands of Delirium are unnecessary, maybe switch them for some Devastation tides?

You commented on my Exalted deck, so I was going to return the favor.. Unfortunately I'm a standard player so I have very limited card knowledge outside the standard format ><

You might want to consider to swamp out anything from mirrodin block since it will rotate in October.

I'm working on Mono white my self, perhaps it can give you a couple of ideas.. I currently have two versinos and I can't decide what would be best..

Almost Identical to the one I'm building, except instead of titanic growth I run that new ring that gives trample and +1+1 counters :)

Looks really solid. Since it's budget I can't suggest Traft, and that is the only white I'd splash in I think.
Well built :)

If you find the time, please comment on any of my decks that you find fun/interesting :)

I was thinking of going back to G/R beat down too now with M13.
Your deck looks really nice, but will suffer when the rotation hits us in October.
I've been trying to theorize mine around Rotation safety..

Would you mind having a look?

Looks almost exactly like Avacyn Pro Tour Finalist deck, no wonder it kicks ass on FNM :)

I guess Deadeye Navigator could be a nice flipper but it' s not a human.. and slow. But I am really looking to build a blue deck.. but I never get to play control vs my friends, they get too frustrated and just pouts ><

Thanks a lot for your help on my deck.
I didn't think about the fact that you can boost him a bit with those things :) , but then you don't need four of them, 3 should be enough?

Finding a replacement for Surgical is next to impossible, but I do like Nevermore. It's a good sideboard because first run you can try to find the most threatening card and nullify it with it.
