Yeah and it's a fun concept. This is the sort of deck I would keep at my office for casual play against my students

Wow I totally missed that all the basic lands are forests. The non basic ones I like just cause they're always handy, but forests....

Why not replace the Inquisition with 2 more thoughtsiezes?

Personally there doesn't seem to be a major reason to mainboard Clear the Mind, it is a solid sideboard in case you go up against a deck that tries to mill you. Devious cover up works better because in reality you aren't going to have that many cards in the graveyard overall, and shuffling 4 of em in while shutting down an opponents spell is plenty

I feel like you need a combination of the two. Keep the 4 copies of each enchantment, drop clear the mind, drop the advisors to 20, add 4 thought collapse, 2 devious coverup, 4 blink of an eye

You only have 1 cephalid (2 if galina was errated, which I'd assume so but idk) and only 1 merfolk. Aboshan and Seahunter essentially become 1 trick ponies. I would keep them both in cause they're pretty swanky once going, but replace some of the other creatures with more cephalids and merfolk to make these specific cards more useful.

I like it, simple and straight forward. Though no removal or evasion really. Perhaps add a [[Thought Collapse]] or two? I personally would do 4, and try to get some creature bounce going if possible, even the card [[sleep]] to shut own an opponent for a turn could save you

[[benalish commander]] or [[detrirtivore]] or [[duskrider peregrine]] or [[Heroes Remembered]] or [[Jhoira's Timebug]]

Man I love this deck. If you scrap the Hymm and Dark Ritual for some creature removal it'd make a sick Modern deck. [[Cast Down]] comes to mind, as well as [[Go for the Throat]]

I think it looks like a fun deck, though Aven Riftwatcher is awful, exclusively due to its vanishing ability

Also Amulet of Vigor is unnecessary as most of your lands are fine without it, though if you really like then i'd cut down to 2 and get some removal or something

Is the Boros Garrison only in there to trigger Sunhome? I feel like both those could be replaced for actually useful lands. And Explore should be replaced with [[Growth Spiral]] as it is better in every way if you're playing blue and green.

There is also a new enchantment card from Ravnica Allegiance that does the same thing as Sigil of Valor for a white and 3 colorless, I believe it is called Angelic Exaltation

It is a cool concept but the curve is pretty high, it will be a slow deck and I can't see it doing well against most matchups. Malachite golem, titanium golem, and cobalt golem are probably duds that can be pulled, as well as sensor splicer. Maul splicer I wouldn't put more than 1 in due to its high cost, as there are other ways to give your creatures trample.

I would replace much of those with mana rampers as well as some instants/sorceries that can help keep your critters alive and functional, or shut down an opponent.

Rhythm of the Wild is a must, and Frenzied Arynx is really good, consider swapping the 4 steel leaf champions for 2 of each? Mainly for the riot bonus but also steel leaf is really good but the triple green can be risky

You're correct, only 4 Darksteel Citadels would be permitted, as they are not basic lands
