I would not be comfortable relying on just one spell to net me tokens. Additional ways to tap would make the deck more consistent and less likely to be foiled.

I know you don't want counters, but Lullmage Mentor fits this deck perfectly. The tap 7 merfolks with stoneybrook school master would equal infinite counters. Also surgespanner and drowner of secrets work well here. as of right now, you need a way to tap them other than attacking.

I see what you're trying to do, but you need the 4 nocturnus and 4 captivating. Those 8 lords will win you games.

Your biggest issue will be turn 4 wrath effects absolutely kill your tempo. You need to find a way to stop Day of judgment/wrath of god.

For sideboard, firewalkers, leyline of sanctity, celestial purge, flashfreeze all would be good choices. Not spreading seas

Could always use Everflowing chalice, paths, obviuosly more Mind Sculptors, Colonnades, more glacials. The dual lands are cheap online now, only a few bucks a piece.

It does as of M10 so you might generate 8 mana, but can't use it to summon your Eldrazi.

I have no idea how you built this in 1995 since slivers didn't get released until October 1997

Braid of Fire does absolutely nothing for you. Man empties at the end of every stage, so you can only use all that mana during your upkeep. It looks like you have all of 8 spells to use it on.

I can tell you most of the posting I get on my decks is just people saying they like it. I so rarely actually get any useful comments. I don't even post most of my decks here since not a single person comments.
