I likee the idea of the deck but how do you defend your planeswalker? you have a limited amount of removal. also you need multiple planeswalkers to succesfully let them protect each other. and burn kind of recks this deck. i dont like to be negative but maybe you could remove a few planeswalkers and add some counterspells?if you have time check out my new combo deck.http://www.mtgvault.com/kingholldder/decks/budget-ru-combo/

You need no card draw. All he does is play a land and passes the turn. Stocking up on cards. Only playing other cards when he plays a single creature or goes all in.
No need for chimera. This deck is a oneshot deck. You could put it in the sideboard vs slow decks.

I think the two negates are useless. there is no threat if you have just two counterspells in your deck. two triton tactics have more efect then two negates.
That sounds very good but what would you take out to add triton tactics?
If you have lavivia red is no problem and almost nobody plays green, only mono blue or mono red or mono black or azurius/boros/esper etc. I have not seen many simic, gruul, golgari or selesnya. (And still nobody plays mono green because of the fact that it is mono green.)
Remove Some faithless looting and add more browbeat. ITS so mutch better.

Yeah, i dont think you sould add mass removal. cards like Lavinia of the Tenth and Banisher Priest disable most problems. also a lot of gods get disabled by Lavinia of the Tenth so i like the idea of putting one or two in your main deck. and by locking down there creatures you can attack with brimaz to get more tokens. WIN-WIN situation. cant do that with mass board whipe.

Replace the imposing sovereign with Blind Obedience. its a lot better.

Most times when i see decks like these they do not use the graveyard but cards like sneakattack and the decks are red blue and not blue black. But still a very Nice deck.
