It's a good way to become informed about random cards that you might not have previously known about.

It works very well against the expensive searchland decks because they run few, if any basic land.

I'm hoping to get the cards so I can use this before stuff rotates.

24/25 land should be fine. Path is nice. Might look into brave the elements instead of god's willing as most of your creatures are white.

What about shards and wedges(guild alliances)?
Shards: Esper, Grixis, Naya, Bant, Jund
Wedges: Ana(BUG), Raka(American/UWR), Dega(RWB), Ceta(RUG), Necra(Junk/Dirt/WGB)

So I heard that Chromanticore + Civic Saber wasn't that bad.

Cyclopes you control get +1/+1 and have trample.

At least you can use those...

I'm glad you like it. SB AEtherize. 1 card I'm worried about with this deck is Lifebane Zombie. Any ideas on how to deal with it?
