... damn, forcefield looks great. I'll look for replacements for the cards you mentioned.

What?! New elf cards .... they look neat. And a transforming planeswalker? I think I am in love ...

Nice deck. You've got some all-star angels in here. While all the cards work reasonably well, I like the synergy of Herald of War with Defy Death. In fact, I would take 4 Heralds. Other than that ... I have no suggestions. Masterful work.

Not bad ... not bad at all ... and son, you love urza's incubator. Personally, I am partial to weenies, so I like Meekstone more. :)

The only problem I see is stoic angel. It seems geared towards exalted shenanigans and may interfere with your own bruises late game.

Agreed. I'll write to J.K. Rowling about it ... :P

The Garrison isn't great ... but it DOES give you a card advantage. If you play it when your lands are tapped ... it is right on curve with a guildgate, or the wind-scarred crag.

T-T

It is beautiful!

...

Where's the two thumbs up button?

In all seriousness, I might run Boros Garrison in place of wind-scarred crag to help fix mana late-game.

I'm more a fan of consistent decks ... but kudos for the modern confluence deck!

P.S. ... solidarity of heros is a tad ... expensive to use ... CMC-WISE ...

Whelp, Northy and TheSyndaMan hit the nail on the head about this deck requiring more focus ... but as that's already been said, I'll try to offer new advice.

Proliferate is a nice late-game mechanic to have on your side. Spells such as Fuel for the Cause and Steady Progress would offer more reliable late-game support than Fathom Mage and Simic Manipulator. While both the latter are good, doubling the number of counters on your creatures, while simultaneously gaining card advantage or nuking an opponent's high CMC cast, is amazing.

Tuskguard Captain is way cheaper than Bramblewood Paragon, and will actually get the chance too gain counters for you .... even if it costs I more mana to play. Trust me, I love Mrs. Scary Elf Lady, and have even put her in budget aristocrat decks, but I would save some money and replace her here.

Now, onto some fun. After a while, you will find it hard to continue evolving without something like Master Biomancer ... so why don't we find a way to use the counters, to open up counter-heavy units to more evolve triggers. In english, if the counters can be spent on something, you can evolve more!

Bred for hunt is a hilarious way to get card draw ...

Great suggestion. Hardened Scales looks amazing in a Simic deck ... especially with Fathom Mage and Gyre Sage.
