:( right, getting on that.

Hmm ... I will go with the oblivion ring, but bring another charm now that you found that combo.
Sword of Kaldra agrees. "Exiletouch" is far cooler than death touch. At worst, exiling is like destroying something. At best, exile is a lifesaver. In my experience though, exiling enchantments is rarely useful. Exiling creatures is sometimes a necessity ... just look at Northy's damn gravecrawler.
Hey s0rin .... I have magic powers too.http://www.mtgvault.com/knightofthehokeypokey/decks/budget-magic-powers/
Collamus is human ....... oh, we might have a chance at getting along then. I mean, have you seen some of those freaks at Hogwarts. I'm golden compared to a half-giant. :)
Dear goodness Jessie ... if you copy the spell, you don't have to pay ANY of it's casting costs! Not a ONE! That includes sacrifices as part of the cost of casting! :)I would personally run echo mage, brimstone mage, and company to annoy the ever-living-shit out of my opponents. Oh, and volt charge as well.Prepare yourself for a deck of epic lulz. That's right ... I have "copy instant or sorcery spell 4 times for UUR" with Echo Mage and Kurkesh out. Oh, and why not bring Thaumaturge along too! And I choose ... cone of flame, targeting 3 creatures, so it costs RR. That's 5 cone of flames for UURRR. 5 lightning bolts, 5 shocks, and 5 spark jolts (minus the scry). Lulz. For the mega-Lulz, bring satyr firedancer along for 4 more lightning bolts, and 4 more shocks if there's a second opponent, and 4 more spark jolts minus scry if there's a 3rd. In total, that's 27 burn spells for UURRR. Ouch.Along comes Snapcaster Mage, and away we go again!
What about oblivion ring?I'm not sure about Restore the Peace. Would detention sphere or oblivion ring or fortify be a better choice?
Yessir. Right on it.Using a combination of flash and detain, annoy your opponent to no end. For best effect, wait until your opponent has declared attackers to flash in a blocker like Plumeveil or Hussar Patrol. If that doesn't make your opponent go bonkers, Daxos of Meletis and Deputy of Aquittals will. Finally, I was thinking about adding brave the elements. Thoughts?
Sweet. No elvish egghead around to spoil things. Though one has to wonder what quantity of scholarships enticed an elf to learn magic from humans.FYI, a talkative elvish archmage would be the most insufferable companion ever. Of all time. It'd be like having the Eldar as allies.
Yes ... the sacrifice is part of the activated ability's cost, which you are not paying. You will mill the opponent twice. If you copy a spell with X in it's cost, X is set to 0 (yes, I know that sucks)
On it. It appears we are in a bar ... and I have 20 gold to spend. We know what that means ...
The copy from Kurkesh is never cast/activated. It just appears on the stack. Therefore, you do not have to pay the casting cost of the original spell. This is the same as copying a spell with echo mage, or a triggered ability with strionic resonator. I dare you to bring strionic resonator as well. :)
I'm thinking that if you got card draw from something else, you could find a better alternative.
Consider yourself "inspired" to do so. :)
Well said.
Northy ... how about a flanking deck? Calvary master vs. Taneko.
As I already said, you might want to sideboard Lasav. Other than that ... I got nothing. Architects us an amazingly flexible card, and plugs all those holes.
What do you mean?
Hmmm ... indebted samurai and samurai of the pale curtain don't seem to get along ...
Or throw them into a blender set on puree.Great advice Jessie.
