Every once in a while, it happens .... but you are right, if a tad pessimistic. Buried decks rarely get the chance to breathe. I do not like the unloved section, because while some deck-builders legitimately need help, most I have visited did not ... benefit from advice. I prefer to check out profiles. Deck search ... doesn't really help in finding neat new deck ideas, and who doesn't get bored looking at 500 Boros decks?

That sideboard might just cause some rage quits if it were included, you are quite right.

Ironically ... though my post seems to paint a picture of this site, I don't fit the bill of most of the attention-seekers on here. I love brainstorming and collaboration, which is partly why I mentioned the artifacts. Undead Cow, kudos to you.

For what it's worth, your blast from the past deck is probably the single finest deck I have seen on the vault in a long time.

This deck .... is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. I used distorting lens and painter's servant in a white deck with circles of protection and angel's feather .... but this is pure evil.

I meant in the other deck. Assemble the legion is ... okay here. True, it produces tokens, but it's scarier when backed up by balefire liege and frontline medic.

Brilliant! Pure gold! Hero's Podium and Tenza, Godo's Maul and Day of Destiny are ridiculous here! I also love how many banned cards abound!

Hmm ... maybe -2 Jace, and +1 Invisible Stalker and Vedilion Clique.

Hmm ... hydras and ridiculous levels of mana ramp ... I like it.

This deck does a great job combining huge green creatures, mana ramp, card draw, and counter magic. Personally, I don't think this deck needs a whole lot more.

I would say though ... this deck really doesn't strike me as Simic. Also, I think you need 3 more heavy creatures, like terra stomper. Just a thought. Also, Phytotitan or a similar anti-burn beastie might be a really good sideboard.
