you have the land you need and it is fine. green has so many ways to boost your mana production that I can't help but use it. satyr hedonist is really cool.

i would lose some of the heavy hitters or cut down on the lower level creatures for some green mana production, elves or walls. lose the pit fights for rampant growths and then get some heavy hitters with trample.

or add in predators strikes or any boost spells that add trample like enlarge and keep what you have. gruul is all about hitting hard.
really some extra mana production, maybe land searches, and trample and that will be a scary deck.

day of judgement, divine reckoning, intrepid hero is cool, mass calcify to spare your own, phyrexian rebirth if you want to be really hard core about it.

a good soldier i like using is thraben sentry, he is one of those flip cards but i think its worth using as a high powered soldier. palace guard is sweet for defense and defense boosting spells. what you have here is good. smite is an awesome defense spell as well as celestial flare is another.

dark favor over mark of vampire and sinister possession and crippling blight over stab wound. Stab wound is awesome though. more gruesome deformity it is not used enough.

you have quite the variety of zombies, I like that.
I would add reanimate, exhumes and unearths in this then you could self mill, discard for abilities, land cycle and search cards, etc. Then play what's in your hand and bring back what got tossed.. Lose the artifacts in their place and lose the high cost sorcery/enchants you have and definitely get more bad moons.

i have a rat deck that destroys and i am using almost all the same cards. i go heavy on the rats and put enchantments on the opponents creatures to keep myself alive. but you could through in discard instead and if you go with discard you have to have the affliction.

go for more discard: duress, distress, etc. so you can lose doom blades and everything else in your instants section for now. forget painful quandary and underworld dreams, just get more shrieking afflictions, they are the best!!!! the creatures look good for now.

this build runs pretty quick. i do like suggestions of big creatures that can make this even sicker. i am avoiding eldrazi it's just too cliche.
