try using creatures with intimidate, accursed spirit for example. or splash in blue for aqueous form and make creatures unblockable. or stick with flying, most players are weak there anyways, then pharika's cure can drop them before combat or combat can finish them off. or add in murders or doom blades, that works too.
that should get the ball rolling for you.

pretty good for a new player. you are lacking flying. gift of orzhova and the apparition is good but you might need something else. maybe not if you can attack aggressively. for that I suggest cheap unleash creatures. if you keep the apparition and I totally suggest you do, add in dark favors instead or in addition to the gift.
if you want to do a lot of sacrificing to the blood bairn (or anyone else) you need a way to get those creatures back. March of the returned in standard or disentomb for any other legality. if you do that use creatures that have effects hen they die. you have the vermin so that is good. also festering newt. gives a creature -1/-1 so that could work in conjunction with quag. also check out illness in the ranks, crippling blight, and sorin's thirst.
instead of blood scrivener get read the bones.
Lilliana is not that helpful unless you have a spell that requires lots of black mana. her +1 ability will help make quag and corrupt more powerful. I would suggest putting in diabolic tutors.

Cheers

elite archanist does the same as isochron and strionic resonator copies a creatures tap ability as long as its not mana production. Just food for thought.

and a good name. This is pretty cool of the theme decks. Actually one of the best I've seen.

yeah, i'm wasn't really going for a standard build. Thanks for that advice though. I might do that. This is just some left over cards. Just something to keep our casual games interesting. I noticed I could control the opponents creatures and send some flyers in for cheap consistent damage and before I knew it this was beating some modern and vintage decks.

use the card search on this site and click on legalities and set it to standard. also, every card that you have will tell you what its legal in if you open it on its own page. Those guys at FNM get competitive. It can suck the fun out of the game. I don't even go anymore and just play casual with friends and people at the university I attend.

it looks better, what is up with that bog. I don't think you need 4 of them. there is other duel lands that would be more useful than the bog. but it looks better for sure.

you have a good idea with the clones, no doubt but they still have theirs. ice cages are cheaper and agoraphobia let's you bounce the card back to your hand. hell if you want to stay in vintage get volrath's curse. i use it and I stand by it.

the mana is a little heavy and it swings towards red a little more than in needs to.

i don't think you need all the clone spells. I know you are trying to copy the legendary guys. You don't really need to. evil twin is the exception, since he has the ability to kill the opponents creature. A buddy of mine uses spells that gain control of opponents creature and it seems like that idea works better than cloning. either use spells that take control of their creature or other types of control, ice cage, spectral prisons, more mill spells, etc.

so that is some large casting cost creatures there. I don't see this deck doing anything until turn 5. By then you might be in more trouble than your tokens can get you out of. Wouldn't it be better to self mill or discard those big creatures and bring them back with reincarnation? seems like that could work by 3rd turn, quicker if you add in some mana production, I mean it is in modern.

I also enjoy the name but I did not give a like. think about adding increasing confusion and more mill spells. you could go with less creatures. keep the doorkeeprs and its defenders and get more of those stern mentors. also sands of delirium and grindclock for the artifacts. millstone is good but there is better.

fog bank instead of wall of shadows its cheaper and it can fly. you don't need the nighthawk. add rise/fall and breaking/entering. for the curses lose echoes and add more bloody tome and memory erosion.

I would think about adding some celestial flares rather than the direct damage spells. also I would get some uniformity among the creatures not enough humans in your human deck and get some that are a little cheaper on the mana cost. why do you have populate cards? you only have one token generator and he is expensive.
