Bone Splinters is Standard playable because it is 2 mana or less. Which is a Standard rule of thumb 2 mana or less for removal. Doom Blade and Bone Splinters are playable under competitive standard guidelines I strongly recommend using those instead of Launch Party. An example how tight the two mana or less rule is. Competitive Standard decks don't Use Murder. Because it's 3 mana and the double solid black doesn't help it's case either. The only exception to running it is Mono Black Control.

Awesome! Great deck. I am usually Infamous for my constructive criticism, but I have none.

This sort of combo isn't exactly legacy viable, but can be Casual playable. Now saying that I think you should add blue and specifically counter magic and control. To both hold off the opponent and guarantee the success of your combo.

Magic The Gathering Online is a waste of time and for players who are afraid to go to FNM I don't use it because I can't sell a collection of Cards from past sets that cycle on the block rotation. MTGO is a waste of money. If you are as good as your trying to put across. Then one day I'll see you at a Pro Tour otherwise your not worth my time.

Jeez people called me mean on this site, and compared to you I am a saint. I have not once used vulgar language on this site especially to insult another human being. I can tell that you are the kind of person that would never Insult someone in person, but will do so behind a mask on the internet. I do attend Pro tours and regular Friday Night Magic and I don't care if you choose not to believe that. the only time I state that I attend Pro tours is when people doubt my knowledge.

Sorry for the truth, but here it comes. Others besides me have made the same comment remove the counter magic and add more aggressive cards. The counter magic is a bad way to play this deck you are better off playing it like everyone else "Aggro". The Expensive $100+ Control deck will win everytime. unless you race them. letting them sit there will only allow them to gain fuel to kill you. if you wait out the match. they will drop AEtherling and you will not be able to stop it. don't reply and say the counter magic is to stop AEtherling. because you will never win the counter war against a control deck.

And I am called an Elitist, well you know what I like it. Thanks for the title guys. Elitist has a nice ring to it. Now to get one thing straight I insult no one though when I comment on decks I speak the truth. The truth hurts as I have said before, and if you expect me too tell you I love your deck when there is clearly something wrong with it. That would not make me a very good teacher now would it. I don't know why I am disrespected and called such foul names as "Dick" I try my best on this site to be respectful and hope to receive the same courtesy. I would like to think we are all adults and don't resort to name calling. I hope your happy with yourselves.

I hate seeing players who are not at the same ability as me and I try really hard to pass on my knowledge so everyone can be better at the game, "Winning is unimportant, but it makes the game a lot more fun" - Unknown

Fetch lands are vital in that deck the entire strategy would change if there were no fetch lands.

There we have a disagreement powerhouse cards like Geist and Snapcaster decide games. Not having those greater your chance of loss. For Example I would never run Archeomancer over Snapcaster Mage just because of the approaching cycle.
