Mimic Vat, and Vines of vast wood highly suggest looking into them.

I always have a nissa or a garuke turn 4, always. Take a look at it. I would suggest cutting ur land down to around 16-18, with a mono color elf deck having 28 land is way too much. Elves mana ramp on their own so not need for much mana. I would also stream line ur creatures to be more specific such as dropping ur one ofs and adding multiples of the cards u realy want to see more of.

How about replacint the valakuts with titering pikes. I think that it would be more dangerus in the long run becasu it still comes into play tapped but u give one of ur creatures an adidional +2/+0. lets say its turn three u drop a titering pikes, a brute force and an asault strobe on ur goblin guide, thats 14 dmg turn 3 if they arnt dead they are very very closed.

agreed saw mimic vat used in an ally deck the other day it is absolutly insane. Kabria Evangil as the token for mimic vat im sory but the ability to give ur allies pro what ever color any time and they get bigger not fair.
Yes u can just chunk a spawn for the color less witch is what they are for. But since u are planning on using them as beat sticks u need some land that is duel that can produce red and green trust me it will help. If u read beast master asincion again it states that when a creature attacks, which means that you just have declar attackers not that they deal dmg. So in u can actualy get 7 or more creatures plus tokens on the feild with beast master assencion declare attackers and bam they all get +5/+5.

I would suggest though Maybe some raging ravines, and some rootbound craigs, or some fetch lands just to help with ur mana curve/speed. Also maybe some lightning bolts just because they are too handy not to have it in a red deck. but over all looks very good. I had a similar deck build idea and ill post it on here take a look at it.

Verry true it could be considered stompy but like you said not one you are expecting. But i can say this thing can ramp like crazy. While play testing i had Ezuri, Renagade Leader on the feild turn 2 haha
Strength of the Tajuru not sure how much it is but would be a good add that is not too expensive i think.
