That spellslinger I created a while back?
http://www.mtgvault.com/northernwarlord/decks/friday-budget-ur-spellsling/

Well, Morph should be surprisingly easy foe because Morphed creatures die to Lightning Strike. They might always have cards like Secret Plans though, but I guess you are on safe waters as long as you get a swift start.

Nowadays black decks often bear cards like Herald of Torment, Master of the Feast and Gray Merchant of Asphodel. While Herald dies to Lightning Strike, Master of the Feast can even be profitable card to you, since burn decks enjoy additional card draw. Merchant on the other hand... Lifegaining is always highly annoying if you are playing burn. Guess you should keep their field as small as possible, so their devotion doesn't get too high.

Token decks can be crushed with a surprise Anger of Gods. I also suggest that you go and find a few copies of AEtherspouts for your sideboard. It is deadly against all horde decks.

Sliver decks can be quite problematic, since you never know what is coming in next turn. I suggest you keep one Curse of the Swine in your hand just for those annoying moments when they choose to drop Megantic Sliver and Bonescythe Sliver at the same time. As mentioned above too, AEtherspouts could work against slivers.

Orzhov Exalted should not be too big of a problem, since you can always kill small threats with burn when they choose the attacker but those exalted abilities have not yet resolved. Curse of the Swine works here too: Turn all those annoying hard-to-block creatures like Tormented Soul into pigs.

So, I guess you should be able to handle those foes with your deck. I only suggest getting few copies of the AEtherspouts as soon as possible.

Thank you a lot for suggesting!
The arena is just awesome over here!
That Leyline is not probably going in though, since I already have Divine Reckoning, Day of Judgment, Aetherize and Aetherspouts as attacker-wipers. I still thank you for that suggestion.

Merieke Ri Berit? Hmph...
It is extremely hard to create an EDH that doesn't let your opponents do anything, since there are usually three of them, but I can create a Merieke Control EDH. No problem.

Too bad Quag Sickness is not standard anymore... It was reprinted in M14, no?

I really like this deck. I especially adore how you explained so carefully about how to play and how to "not play" this deck.
Thumbs up mate. Thumbs up.

If you need some "low profile" suggestions, I guess I could give some:

-Psychic Strike. (Only in the case someone targets you/The Seer, of course.)
It could make for one mighty sideboard card alongside with Misinformation.
...and if 3-mana CMC isn't too much for you.

-Into the Roil.
Handles your artifact/enchantment problem. At least it gives you some time to think.

I hope those suggestions helped. I'm not sure.

As already said back in my deck, the name is already amazing. I laughed a couple of minutes thanks to it.
*smiles*

Excluding that Obelisk-thingie mentioned above, there's nothing too much to suggest. This deck looks really sweet and it could maybe even have some chances in FNM. It is also very cheap to be a competing standard deck.
+1 likes all the way.

Double that. Anger of Gods more seem like a sideboard card for those rare cases your opponent has even bigger horde than you. Obelisk of Urd could really work here.
Think about it.
