This looks really good for now, but it could surely use some more tweaking, since it is not completely ready yet.
Add the remaining lands for now. I'm sure that it gives you about 15 cards for the deck. Then you only have few card slots remaining.
Those cards could be something like:
-Bonescythe Sliver/Fury Sliver
-Winged Sliver/Two-Headed Sliver

Something like that.

Add Painful Quandary. It is simply cruel with Megrim.

I really like how you put this together. Some good Jeskai cards combined with aggressive tanks like Ashcloud Phoenix and Goblin Rabblemaster. You have lots of control here also.

This is a very solid deck for standard. If it wouldn't have Rabblemasters and those rare lands, it could be close to a budget deck too!

Seeing Traumatize in any milling deck wants to suggest Keening Stone at least to the sideboard...
You know, when you cast it, you can say: "I see dead people."
Hedron Crabs could also work here.

Otherwise, cool milling deck bro! Enjoyed it.

Fire Servant is not included in this deck because it is a bit slow card in a burn deck. Also easily removable.
Searing Blood on the other hand... going to add it.
