These few ideas just came to my mind:
-Swiftfoot Boots instead of Darksteel Plate. Cheaper, and Zurgo is half-indestructible already.
-Crackling Doom. It lets you kill your worst foe from your opponent's side. Nothing too shabby, no?
-Blightning could also work. Throw it at your foe and watch them suffer! Works every time!

I'll do it. Right away when it is possible.

It looks like your only win condition here is Thousand Winds. I guess you should add something like Scourge of the Fleets in here. It could help you win some games.
Otherwise, looks like a neat deck to play.

I know. My friends constantly play some of these Avacyn Restored Mythic angels. When one hits the field, you better prepare yourself for one helluva kill-spell storm.
