Well, Oona's Blackguard helps a lot if you have Oona in play... You know that Oona's Faerie tokens are also rogues?

I rarely create anything non-budget. It just doesn't usually feel comfortable.
...and congratulations about that 64th place! High five!

How about:
-You remove two Rooftop Storms? If you have one in play and draw another, it is basically dead draw.´
-Maybe you could also remove one or two Boneknitters, since they won't help either if you have several in play.

Then again, cards I suggest are:
-Grave Titan, in the case you are not afraid of using 6-8 bucks for it. It is basically a huge beatstick among with zombie horde. Too good to be true.
-Cards like Countersquall and Recoil are very good removal cards in B/U colors. How about throwing some to the sideboard?

You could reduce a bit of everything in this deck. Like, you could take two lands out among with four Apostles. You could also remove one Rune-Scarred Demon and Bloodbond March. It would reduce the amount of cards here, which is always great. Less cards is almost always = More efficiency.
Also, you could add some deadly kill spells like Putrefy to your sideboard.
