For additional Proliferate effects switch Mana Leak for Fuel for the Cause. 2BB: "Counter target spell, then proliferate".

The fetchlands are for the Admonition Angel's & Rest for the Weary's landfall abilities. As for Celestial Mantle, it's a nice card but what would you replace? There's already 6 6CMC spells and one of which, Felidar Sovereign, is a win condition. He should be well on his way to 40 life by the time he casts any 6CMC spell. The other 6CMC spell, Admonition Angel, combined with fetchlands and Ruin Ghost provide (2-3 triggers a turn) awesome board control!
I wouldn't change a thing but I do like 2x Ranger of Eos to fetch your Serra Ascendant's. I'd drop 2x Baneslayers.

Phyrexian Arena (1BB) over Sign in Blood? "At the beginning of your upkeep, you draw a card and you lose 1 life".

Replace Terminus with Day of Judgement. With Tamiyo Ultimate you rather have cards go to your graveyard rather then the bottom of your library. I'd also replace the Sanctifiers with Giest-honored Monks to give you more creatures to stall or go "O" with.
I've been working on a similar deck with currenty a splash of black. Once I recieve 4x Giest-honored Monks I'll be removing the black. Here's a link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=350506

I would consider adding four Cloudshift for another flicker effect. I see what your doing with the Trinket Mages but I think there's better cards. I'd replace them with something like Restoration Angels, Sunblast Angels, Wall of Omens, Frost Titans, or whatever you have.

I've been working on a similar deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=350506

If you can't tell I respect this deck and it's prolly the finest, most original I've ever played against. It deserves to be a top deck here but I hope it remains in the shadows for the sake of humanity.

I then boldly returned to our world which was decimated by this abomination and thru down my gauntlet before it. The battle was long as it was fierce, so much so that the very stars fled the skies. Volcano's formed and mountains crumbled. After the dust settled my rival was still before me but his will of absolute power was denied. Balance and peace once again ruled the land!

It was kismet when I stumbled into a land known as Stasis and there I found my answer and regained my sanity! In this undiscovered paradise I entered an ivory tower containing arcane knowledge of the ancient Order of Gix. Thru my research I harnessed the power of Stasis, Kismet and Force of Will...

Let me fill in the kiddies who maybe reading this. This deck drove me to complete utter madness and almost out of Magic. However during my stay in the Madcap Hovel for the Clinically Insane, I freed myself of the black vise corrupting my mind and began a quest in the Realm of Janky Decks, to seek out an equal if not superior janky deck...

*Think Captain Kirk when reading this*
So you have returned... my archenemy and destroyer of worlds. You're a wretched abomination of all things holy and sacred. You should be cast out of existence along with your creator! But alas you've returned, but know this you no longer hold power over me!

The problem with Beguiler of Wills is: "Tap: Gain control of target creature with power less than or equal to the number of creatures you control". Also it's CMC is 5 and you don't have the creatures to drop the first 4 turns. I like the decks premise and name, you just need to flesh it out. Adding some creatures (like Gomazoa) to defend ya until you get your control enchantments rolling will help.

I have a similar deck and find I win more often with Spider Spawning. My opponents (multi-player games) use up their resources dealing with my "stronger" creatures and the spiders sneak in thru the cracks. Bonehoard is also a beast!

Your decks are all well thought out and a joy to look over. They contain cards that I never seen due to a Magic hiatus. The only suggestion I have would be exchange the Fyndhorn Elves for Priest of Titania's.
