You are lacking some hate and removal. You can easily end up drowning in mana dorks. Here's a few suggestions:
- Remove Llanowar Elves or Pilgrim, to make room for Qasali Pridemage. This guy is great and solves problems with artifacts and enchantments. Also, Armadillo on this guy is crazy.
- Transcendent Master: I am not sure about this guy. There are several options what to take instead:
1) Gadddock Teeg
2) Aven Mindcensor (situational, but since a lot of people plays fetchlands and some search effects, he can really ruin their day. Plus, has flying)
3) Dauntless escort (I would always take this guy if you are expecting Wrath of God, Pernicious Deed, Damnation, or similar cards).
4) Mother of Runes
5) Troll Ascetic (put Armadillo or Unflinching courage on this guy - believe me, your opponent will go out of his way to stop him).
- For removal, you can play Condemn, Path to Exile or Swords to Plowshares
- Green Sun's Zenith: this can easily find any of the cards you want (if it's green)
- You should probably play 3 x armadillo Cloak and 3 x Courage, to create more space

These are only some quick ideas.

I completely forgot about Unflinching Courage - so yeah, you can have 8 Armadillo cloaks now. Rox Faithmender looks great here. I really like this idea.

Sounds interesting - I'll check it out. I will definitely make some changes here - I guess there is no more need for Call of the Herd, fetters and Wave - I think I have much better options (especially since now I own Jitte and few extra things).

Nice and expensive. Very expensive. I'm playing Magic since Tempest and I think that Standard is more expensive than ever.

Thanks for comment, man. Yeah, I would gladly put Tarmogoyf in deck - if I only had 4 of them. On the other hand, I have some Catacombs! Yay! The list here is similar to the classic Rock list that was played during the old extended (Tempest - Kamigawa) with some older cards, like Hymn to Tourach. When I sat classic, I refer to the style of play: disruption, Deed, big creature and some utility.
:)

Yeah, you are right - that is something which happens rarely, but when it happens, it's just great. :) Thanks for comment.

Maybe you should play two copies of Megrim, because you do not have so many discard spells. This deck is still slow and cannot deal quickly with a lot of things: burn, counters, stomper decks, quick creature decks and discard. You have a Vampire/Zombie theme, but maybe you should stick with just one theme. You are not very focused. Here's one idea (that is also budget - friendly and based around Zombies):

4x Carrion feeder
4x Carnopahge
4x Cemetary reaper
2x Soulles one
2x Death Baron
2x Vengeful dead
2x Noxious ghoul

4x Dark ritual
4x Hymn to tourach
4x Duress
4x Doom blade
2x Patriarch's bidding

22 x Swamp

Basically, this is similar to the old Zombie bidding deck, but it also have a lot of disruption and some removal. Read all the cards carefully and look at all interactions. You have some ways to recover after a board sweep, you can be aggressive and you also have a small combo which can clear the board (Patriarch's bidding + Noxious ghoul). There are other options you should consider:
- Withered wretch (against decks that use graveyard a lot)
- Zombify or any other spell that rises things from the graveyard
- Nantuko husk + anything that gives you tokens

This way, you'll have decent deck - nothing unbeatable or at the tournament level, but good enough to have fun and annoy your friends.
Note: If you want to play cards like Consume spirit, get Cabal coffers.
