Well, that's how you play Sundial folks.
Good job abusing it.

BTW Orim's Chant > Silence

Thanks, I got it the wrong way. I wasn't considering Rockslide Elemental a big part of this.
Quite scary.

Yes, actually the Islands should be snow covered. My bad.
The Mastermind is definitely better than Heidar and the 4 Temporal Adept, but I chose those over the Mastermind to provide me some form of control and bounce attacking creatures back. I've not tested it enough, so that might be unnecessary. In that case I'll switch to the Mastermind.
Sideboarding it just in case. Thanks for your input :)

Looks quite good. Since you splashed to white, you might consider Academy Rector (very expensive) and Enlightened Tutor for fetching Stasis, Kismet, everything you need.
Turnabout is much better than gigadrowse. Arcane Denial and Memory Lapse are pretty good in Stasis decks, same for Force of Will. Maybe throw in Isochron Scepter for consistent counterspelling?

I made a mono blue stasis deck not long ago. I'd be grateful if you checked it out.

Both of those won't help you make your opponents draw, but drawing for yourself is pretty convenient if you've got a Psychosis Crawler or Jace's Erasure on the field :)

I'd -2 Hidetsugu and +2 reckless abandon.
You don't really need seething songs IMO.
Wheel of Fortune and Mishra's Factory are quite good as well in burn decks. Leyline of punishment is also a favorable choice.

IMO Credit Voucher & Tolarian Winds

I'm sorry if the question sounds stupid, but I didn't quite get this.
Hostility lets you put 3/1s for every spell damage you do to your opponent, but this doesn't look like a burn-heavy deck.

So what's the plan...?

Haha this deck is amazing, looks just like mine but with artifacts xD Good job!
How about a couple of Swords (the Mirrodin/Darksteel/New Phyrexia) to equip your unblockable creatures?

Really great concept. I like the Ensaring Bridge/Power of Fire strategy to stall the game. You could also consider No Mercy, but honestly this deck looks strong and finished.

I would have splashed to blue and not to black, because with blue you could have had Windfall and Tolarian Winds at your disposal.
Artifact-wise, remember there is credit voucher as well.

Elite Arcanist is a really good idea. Also Blizzard Specter is GREAT, I really like the direction you're taking with this deck. As for all the other suggestions, consider this:
Your main discard source is warped devotion. And it is designed to discard whenever you bounce something. This basically means that the opponent will probably have some cards in hand.
You have 2 choices here: Either you bring back Liliana's caress (considering how your deck is right now, it's a good card to have), or you bring in Painful Quandary. But aside from that, the deck looks quite finished to me.

Seeker of Skybreak is probably better than copperhorn scout.

I like this version way better than the first one.
Be careful with Temporal Adept: You're running a B/U deck, and his ability cost UUU. You could find yourself starving for blue mana.

Other than that, really good job. I like the invisible stalker as a win condition. If you're gonna test it, let me know how it worked out.

If you're not on a budget, Phyrexian Dreadnought is the best creature for this deck.
Check out what I did long ago with this kind of concept:

Oh, I get it now. Not a bad idea but you should be more focused on that objective. So imo:

-4 psychogenic probe
+4 dreadbore
+4 time elemental
-4 hide / seek
+2 fog bank
+3 vampire nighthawk
- 4 shimian specter
-3 liliana's caress
+2 Divination (or brainstorm, ponder, preordain, telling time, whatever floats your boat)
-3 slaughter games
+3 lands
