This deck is actually very fair. From your description it seems like you think you've created a monster, but this is probably the most fair GAAIV deck I've ever seen. Wouldn't mind playing against this.Also highly recommend Winter Orb.
Braids is terrible if you want to control the boardstate.

Probably one of the best Izzet burn decks I've ever seen, my only suggestion is to add some dual lands for manafixing. Chemister's Trick is some OP burn.

I noted in the description that this deck should have Gitaxian Probe, but I wanted to keep this more budget. Swath is also a nice option worth considering, but I'd rather use the Ascension as my engine since it can more reliably win you the game if it's online. Thanks for the suggestions, but basically I've already gone over them many times before.
I can't help myself, this is too hilarious! However I gotta say that Storm decks are pretty hard to build on a budget since the rituals cost a decent amount of cash.
