Why Cloudfin Raptor? Also Pauper is Common and Uncommon Guttersnipe would work in here better than Cloudfin with the amount of instants and sorceries in here

Is this commander or just a normal deck? Also for Golgari Necromancy, you need Deadbridge Chant
Moar black If you're only using Lord of Innistrad with black in it, then there isn't really a point. Although the use of Lingering Souls is good

Well, some of the new Dimir stuff is pretty hard to get around I versed a Gruul deck with my Dimir mill deck and smashed him. And he had burn in there. Psychic Strike rips through your opponent easily some times
