I play Dimir. They let you play about half the time, kill of what you cast and THEN mill you out or use unblockable creatures to evade all means of capture

Reanimator, 6/6 swampwalk AND your opponent sacrifices a creature EVERY TURN!

Good constant attacker. Especially with Diregraf Captain out

Druid's Deliverance works great with Stolen Identity

But if you want a board clearing, try Day of Judgement

Ok, your commander should be in the sideboard.
Also, if you're playing 2+ colours, then you'll need dual lands. Dimir Guildgate, Watery Grave etc.

Not trying to critisise your deck too much, but I've heard a professional player say that cards like Angel's Feather were made for terrible players.
A better one (although still terrible) would be one of the staffs or Tablet of the Guilds
The tablet would be the better of the 2
