You need to spend some time finding the right mana-balance. This is too slow as it is now. You need to get those stabilizers, that helps you to stall the game long enough for you to get your combos going.

By the way I don't think phage and worldslayer is of any use as a combo.

Fastbond is restricted in vintage which I usually make decks for. http://www.wizards.com/Magic/Magazine/Article.aspx?x=judge/resources/banned

Would be insane if it wasn't though :-)

It's a really hard concept to make work and if you want to make it in real life, you still need alot of work on it before it is ready.

But I like the idea, it's really nice :)

You definetly need to make it faster, you get completely overrun before you'll get a chance to be awesome. You would loose quite close to 10/10 matchups.

May I suggest stuff like exploration and fastbond, to fasten your landflow? Perhaps Crucible of worlds and some Wastelands and stripmines, just to put that aspect in as well?

Also remember that a lightning bolt is often as good as a (0 Power) wall and faster. If you got one wall and they got two creatures, they'll hurt you anyway. With a 0 power wall you only immobilize one creature, just as an lightning bolt. So 4x Lightning Bolt would be recommendable, also pyroclasm is a solid card to keep you from early overruns + you can always stack it with a lightning bolt if you need to kill something bigger than 2 toughness.

Wall of Heat for 3 mana - 6 toughness and enough strenght to stall you from being overrun.
Wall of Razors for 2 mana - 4 power and first strike, weak against first strikers but awesome against early critters.

To the last comment I mean in sideboard. Sadictic is if you play someone who runs on restricted cards like Fastbond or Channel-combos and Curse will to you no good unless you play against mono-color.. and even then I still think it's a really bad card.

More lands.. 22-24 (for 60 cards) and put in some fecthlands to thin out you library. You should easily be able to go to 60 cards when you got mono-color.

Maybe take out

2x Curse of Wizardry - can't see them as anything but overprized
1x Mirri - Not of much use
...along with some the of more crappy vampires.

Generally just run less different creatures (and better ones), so you are less reliant on luck when it comes to drawing you hand.

Also you have alot of discard, but neglects some of the strongest cards like, Hymn to Tourach, Mind Twist and Funeral Charm.

Also you've picked 4x the heavypriced Diabolic Tutor. Take 2 of them out and put in Demonic Tutor and Vampiric Tutor instead. If you rely on 4 mana Tutors to get the cards you want, you will end up loosing more games than you win.

Put in Animate Dead instead of Rise from the Grave - as they are alot cheaper.

As a last comment.. put the Sadistic Sacrament in along with the Curse of Wizardry

Forget about the Cabals, they are probably too slow, and by the time you get 7 cards in graveyard, you wont require that kind of mana anymore.

Okay bro. Here comes the words of wisdom :)

The deck is nice, and the idea to shut him down completely is awesome. Winding Canyons and Funeral Charms - Good Grief..

1) Put in Yawgmoth's Will - For obvious reasons
2) Put in Mana Vault - You want be able to hit a big Mind Twist quite early, or get a Hollowsage down, since it's 3 colorless..
3) Sack two lands and put in 2x Cabal Rituals
4) Try to improve your Hollowsage combo - it's an awesome card, but I think you'll be able to make it faster than with the puppet strings. Perhaps there's an equipment-card that fullfills the requirements better, I don't know.

5)I could be worried about the speed. He wont be emptied before at least round 3.. Maybe take out the Lilianas Carresses. They are a win-more card in this deck since you should be able to lock him out completely with your combo, and then finish him with the rats or The Rack. Put in stuff to help you rip his hand apart one round earlier or to kill what he can play the first couple of rounds. Also they will be reuseable with Yawgmoth's Will.

You definetly need the black maggot that was reprintet in "Chronicles" - tagglemaggot, or whatever its name was. He is nasty. This deck is quite cute unless you're afraid of snakes.

Want it nasty? You got to go all in :)

The lovely goblin deck :)

With 17 lands, I actually think you might loose to decks with just a little land-d. But i've seen it in action, and pretty much woops ass.

Still think you might go for the fireblasts instead of the Shivan meteor, you don't need the 13 on your maniac to get the job done. they are usually below 10 hp at round 3-4 when you get the chance to the spell.
And with just 17 lands you should consider yourself happy if you've got 5 lands at round 6. By then they are usually already toast.

I don't know what format you're running, but

maybe try Priest of Gix, he works as a dark ritual with the unearth :)
Also you might benefit from a necropotence, to refill you hand with awesomeness. It seems like you can afford paying some life for cards.
