Everyone loves a second turn dark ritual + Persecute on mono colored decks. xD

I think you should run a bit of countermagic if you're running blue. A few lightning bolts on your galvanizers is gonna slow you down a lot.

Ah, just checking. Well, take out 2 Spellbooks for 2 Zuran Orb. You can sac a few lands to regain some life in the event you kill yourself with ad nauseam. Also, try Retract. for 1 Blue, you can recall all your artifacts and recast, pretty much doubling your storm count.

I don't know where I would fit it in, but a pair of Umezawa's Jittes + Bitterblossom would be awesome.

I've thought about Wake Thrasher, and he's not the best topdeck when you're running low on steam. Coralhelm is also better because there is little flying in Legacy.

Solidarity was a tier 1 deck in 09, and it's still a very strong deck in Legacy.

Solidarity is a brainfreeze/ Stroke for the win deck, similar to Spiral Tide or Spring Tide. Check out my Legacy deck if you're curious.

How would this fair against dredge, solidarity, and affinity? You should playtest those too if you get the chance.

You have nothing against legendary eldrazi and reshufflers. Try Relic of Progenitus for a cheap option.

"switch out ravenous trap with haunting echos way better"

The entire point of the trap is to deal with legendary eldrazi and reshufflers.

-2 Nemesis of reason
-2 Dralnu
-3 Keening stone
-2 Isochron Scepter
-4 twincast
-2 Nihil Spellbomb

+ 3 spell pierce
+ 4 mana leak
+ 4 duress/ inquisition
+ 4 Go for the throat/ Doom Blade

Why? Twincast is the only spell you can imprint onto Isochron in the entire deck. If you have an isochron and no Twincast, it's a dead card. Twincast is also a dead card if you have no hand and no other spell. Nemesis and Dralnu simply cost too much. The same goes for Keening Stone. The spellbomb itself is a terrible card and a waste of space. With the added cards, you have counter magic, creature control and hand disruption. Sideboard Ravenous trap if you are faced with legendary Eldrazi in the place of Haunting Echoes.

You can't drop Golgari rot farm turn 1. >_> It's a bounce land.

You have no creature defense. What if they counter or kill your single buffed creature?

Also, your deck is only 50 cards.

Now add in mirrorweave.

Swing with 6 slivers. They have 5 blockers. 1 Gets through. Mirrorweave all of them to Virulent. Oh look, slivers have poisonous 11. :)

Either that, or everything is a might sliver.

I still believe U/B reanimator is the way to go. Backup your reanimates with counter magic.

Draco has an upkeep cost that he can't pay. It dies before he even gets to swing with it.

Common targets for Reanimation are Inkwell Leviathan, Angel of Despair, Iona, Sundering Titan, and Sphinx of the Steel Wind. Iona pretty much ends games on turn 1 or 2.
