Love what you did with this. Definitely stealing a few of these ideas. My only idea for this is that it seems like Mortician Beetle would fit nicely in here with all the sac mechanics going on.
I realize that I would only get one trigger for cards like Talrand or Kiln Fiend. I have them in there as compliments to the instant theme and to prevent my deck from completely being crippled if Ink-Treader is neutralized. They win games a lots since I regularly cast 2-4 instants on a turn.

I love orzhov so I love this. Does Hissing Miasma get value for you? Whenever its in my decks I feel like I never get it when i want it and its a dead draw a lot.Just built an edh deck around the spoiled god Athreos, God of Passage (Orzhov of course). Great comment thanks for the advice. Taking most of these. You are right the vivid are too often hinderances when playing this deck. I personally dont like playing strip mine or ith (not because they are bad just a personal preference) but reliquary tower is def going in.
Seems like there should be a place for balefire dragon (for board wipe) and maybe dragon mage (as a mock wheel of fortune) in here. Other than that this deck looks awesome

ya id agree with Bloodghast. I run 4 in my vampire deck instead of child of the night. That way if you get board wiped you still can comeback swinging the next turn
maybe thoughtseize instead of duress if price isnt an issue. Squeezing in a blade of the blood chief wouldnt be shabby either
liliana's caress. i had that in the original version with megrim as well but people dont discard as much as you would think. also it was often times a dead draw.

what do you think of niv-mizzet instead of army of the damned? Also what would you drop for command?
Definitely need to add minds aglow its perfect for this deck and its theme. Jace is great obviously. As for cryptic ive found id rather have cheaper counters and instants particularly because i run isochrone scepter. And since im running 3 colors having the triple blue available can be a pain. Arcanis is also great but for this deck group draw is preferred since most of my hate is focused on my opponents drawing. Thanks for the suggestions!
Why vault doesnt list viseling or crawler as artifact creatures i dont know. Minds aglow is a great suggestion. Arcanis is great but id prefer for group draws. Almost all of my hate requires my opponents to have cards. Cryptic command is a good add as well thanks
