Sorry i meant replace it for safe passage. You are right to keep respite. And i was thinking have a smattering of populate so if you drop a phyrexian for a bunch of life you can populate those

id replace respite for Druid's Deliverance. The populate could be really nice. Rootbound defense and call to the conclave are other option to consider too

Idk what is going on with this sideboard you can only have 15. Having said that if you have the money switch archaeomancer for snapcaster mage. I really like the Dance with many ghostly flicker combo. You could add Venser for that too which would allow you to repeat that

Are you trying to keep this budget?

If not you should really reshape this a lot. Starting with what you should drop. Vampire Aristocrat, Sengir Vampire, Child of the Night, and Demons horns, and at least 2 Tendrils of Corruption and bituminous blasts. The Blasts i think should go but cascade is fun and if you want them why not. Id also drop 2 swamps.
Black red vampires beg for Olivia Voldaren and Stromkirk Captain. Since this is not standard, Id run some good vampire 1 drops. My favorites are pulse tracker or Vampire Lacerator. All vampire decks need Blade of the Bloodchief since it makes any creature a beast so fast. Id also run Bloodghast cause it is so stupid good. Vampire Nighthawks are a must, id run Bloodline Keepers and Captivating Vampire.
When you are adding these cards you really need to keep the deck at 60 cards. Its tempting to go higher but you screw with your probability so much.
You can check out mine for some ideas. I like to play around and play some vampires that arnt ideal cause they are fun sometimes so if that what you are doing have at it.

Since this deck isnt standard you should have x4 Bloodghast. Id drop the vampire interlopers and bloodhusk ritualists. id run 2 more Nighthawks as well. I would consider running at least one more gatekeeper, and put either at least 3 of pulse tracker or vampire lacerator in. Id sideboard the hexmages for planeswalkers or other counter using permanents. Nirkana is really a "win more" card in my opinion but its your call. Id also drop the nocturnuses and Bloodlords down to 3
You are running 4 blades so i would run removal instead of mind rots. And victim of the night is vastly worse then both doom blade or go for the throat. Another option to consider would be feast of blood.
Finally i might consider adding 1 land

Ya if this is just casual dont worry about it and enjoy. Obviously for competitive play you should run olivia and captain as well as maybe faulkland noble with some black removal. With enough black then noctornus would be good too.
As for your current build id probably switch vampiric fury and fling around. That way you can vampiric into a fling. And with the counter guys you have, first strike is very helpful

I dont know if you know the rules of EDH but this is not an EDH deck.
1. EDH runs a hundred cards 1 of which is your commander.
2.You may only run ONE of each card except for basic lands.
3. Further all card must only contain mana symbols that are also in your commanders card. For example in a Maralen deck you could only run black
4. Your commander must be legendary.
These are not all the rules of course but is enough to get you going. Good luck

Id run counterspell, mana leak or cancel instead of remand. Drawing a card isnt enough reason to let them keep what is presumably a card you dont want them to play

the assassin is one of those cards that on paper looks sweet but like most level up cards fails miserably in games. By the time you get to use him he gets removed, they have been given 2-4 free turns and you have no other threats out. Vampires are better when played aggro. I prefer vampire lacerator currently but i switch them in and out. Dont worry about losing a life cause as long as you are swinging with it every turn its either dealing damage, killing creatures or dying. Pulse tracker is super nice too tho

Also Gatekeeper of Malakir is such a beast card. Its a removal and 2/2 creature for 3 and since you are running mono black (the way to go in my opinion) the cost will never be an issue

I would drop the vampire's bite and the Guul Draz assassins and basilisk collars for 3 Gatekeeper of Malakir. 1 more Vampire Nocturnus. 2 blade of the bloodchief and pulse tracker and sign in blood.
Sign in blood can be used offensively and for card draw. The blades are far better then the collars in a vampire deck. Pulse tracker is a 1 drop that awesome. You could consider Vampire lacerator there instead. My experience with the assassins is that the cost of 4 mana to get him to level 2 is not worth it.
also since you are running 4 bloodchief ascensions i would run more highborns instead Mirri

to make this more competitive and consistent you need to cut the deck to 60 cards are at least close. Further you need to have less singles and 2s of cards and have more 4s.
I would suggest starting with the equipment and the instants. consider naturalize so then you dont need cards for both enchantments and for artifacts. Or use one and sideboard the others.
The point isnt to have every card the point is to get the same cards game after game.

Dropped 1 pack rat and 1 killing wave. Its essential for this deck to get a killing wave by turn 5 or 6 so i need at least 3.

Coat of Arms is an overkill card. Gemhide sliver should be mainboarded when you are running 5 colors and also for the ramp it provides. I would also run necrotic sliver.

First off you should make your own deck good before commenting on other peoples. This still has the same problems as it did in the beginning.
Also why the hell do you have a proxy in a online deck? Simply add the auger.
Im not going to repeat my advice and everyone's advice that you have pretty much ignored while getting excited that your deck is on the front page. Its on the front page because when people like me keep commenting on the deck to help you (idiotically apparently), it adds likes to it. Instead of commenting your deck and tooting your horn maybe actually read the comments do the work and fix your deck.

all mana goes away at end of turn.. but you get more of it each turn. Braids is a great ramp card.
you need to get multiples for consistency. For starters, I would suggest running 4 lightning bolts, shocks and searing spear. Id drop all the explosive impacts. In general you are going to want to pick half of the spells you have now and then add multiples.
creature wise id run at least 1 more guttersnipe probably 2 more, add 3 more vexing devil. drop scalding devil. Depending on how many creatures you want then add 3 more goblin arsonist.

i personally run sign in blood for the versatility. It looks good. The one thing is maybe substitute in a bit of removable for 2 of the feast of bloods. Its a sorcery which stinks and it needs two vampires which makes it hard to cast early game and ive had problems with it occasionally in other games.

good for different things. Gatekeeper is essentially a remove spell that happens to give you a creature too. And guul is the worst out of the 1 drops. i prefer lacerator but pulse tracker is just as good. Guul is a step below both of them. I would drop 1 highborn and run 2 gatekeepers with 3/4 bloodghast and either 3/4 pulse trackers or lacerators
