wasnt trying to be harsh. its hard to give advise with a deck without a focus. Decide what you want to do how you want to play or a card thats you like and build around that. Then im happy to help

"To run an 84 card deck..." Im going to stop you right there the only kind of decks that should be more then 60 is a commander deck or some other format that i cant think of at the moment that requires more.

The biggest piece of advice I have for this deck is slim it down to 60 and get a focus. Then build the rest of that deck around that. Get more playsets and by play sets i mean 4 of one card. This deck will have absolutely no consistency as it is. If its casual and you enjoy the randomness and honestly probably losing a lot then i mean stick with it. But there is a reason why good decks have 60 cards and 3 or 4 of most of the cards they play.
Best of luck reformatting this would love to check it out once you have trimmed it down and focused it in a direction you want.

I would drop the coat of arms for another bloodline keeper. By the time you play coat of arms to actually be usefully you are already going to win

By lowering your mana curve i meant removing Szadek just to clarify

I would suggest trying to lower your mana curve by running either raven guild master or scalpelexis. Maybe consider hedron crab too. Corrupted conscience i dont really get as infect doesnt go with the theme at. Also it does look like you are going to be attacking a lot so I would add mindcrank.
Overall this is really solid tho nice job.

the problem ive had with assassin is that it takes him till turn 3 to be useful at best. That is assuming you are willing to waste your first 3 turns to do so. Lacerator is swinging turn 2 for 2 damage or taking out something and is leaving you open to play. Another option would be pulse tracker which i forgot about on my first post. Guaranteed damage turn 2.
My problem with the gravepact, barter combo is that its so high cost. Further if you insist on running the gravepact barter combo then assassin is even more worse. You spend 5 mana just to get him up to the point that he can take out a 2/2 then you are sac it. as it plays out currently you have no real offense until turn 5 at best. if you can get it going tho thats deadly with blade of the bloodchief
In general its just a bit slow. running 13 cards at 4 or more mana is a little rough. In my play group there is enough control and or removal that you would have a hell of a time with that mana curve

you can drop a couple guul draz assassins. there are better vampire 1 drops such as vampire lacerator. also i would replace barter in blood with geth verdict or gatekeeper of malakir. adding a few more bloodghast would be good as well. if you can afford it vampire noctornus is a great card

i completely overlooked the Transmute. I would go maybe drop 1 megrim and 1 forced fruition and add 2 caresses. I dont think you need 3 forced fruition since it has such a high mana cost and you will be drawing a lot. By the time you have enough to play it you should have no problem having 1 even if you have only two.

You have to drop Megrim for Liliana's Caress. Two reasons. One Caress is cheaper. Second Megrim deals damage while Lilana's Caress makes opponents lose life.
Right now this deck is a glass cannon.
I would consider dropping some of your graveyard hate. If you want to make sure people cant attack then use Propaganda. Also consider cards like Reckless Scholar.
Finally I think that surgical extraction could work really well in this deck or hypnotic specter

if you want haste then rorix is your dragon

I would suggest using kilnsmouth dragon with this strategy. You can put it out bigger then any of these and fling it for major damage right away. Also Rorix Bladewing. Drog it, swing with haste then fling it

Ok i dont know how no one mentioned this but the untap part of your deck clashes with your protection part. The Lodges and Symbiotes are very pointless in this deck because you have 6 cards that prevent your elves from being targeted. That includes your own spells and abilities this isnt hexproof. Im not sure if that applies to the Rings as well since that is being activated by targeting an ability but since the word target is in there and they are creature abilities I would tend to think that they did. I would drop the Steely Resolves and Lord of Leaves because the untap part is a bigger part of this deck

but ya thats why there is only two. Im thinking about trying to squeeze sangromancer into this. What do you think? Im sideboarding because my play group does lots of 2v2 and multiplayer and that would be the only way to survive but in terms of 1v1 idk if its necessary or helpful

Makes sense. Love the deck btw. Any deck that leaves you with the impression of evil im a fan of. Id say this definitely accomplishes that
