It seems you have not been very active in here,
but yet you are very convinced about wdms so called troll hunt.
Makes me wonder how that comes?

I am also called troll and thief by wdm, which I'm not.
I do agree there is trollish behaviour here from time to time,
but from my point of view it goes both ways.

It is true, I do think wdm himself is a troll, either intentionally or not, i can not tell.
But if he accuses respectable people for being criminals and then also spamming this site with conspirative
or non magic related theories, tag systems noone asked for, or the same halfdecks over and over again,
there are and should be reactions.

It is also known by now, that wdm actually has been banned from multiple forums for the same reasons.

Most users here just ignore him which I think is part of why people are less active nowadays.
They simply don't want to engage with him.
Some for sure go really aggressive towards him.
I myself get triggered sometimes and step in occasionally, but try to be as fair as possible.

I don't hink the vault has a troll problem.
No incident was ever reported besides wdm. - Think about that.

I'm not into this archetype, but I'd still think bauble is better than wellspring, simply due to its mana cost.

I am not used to the red splash, but with regular ub faeries I recently had some success. The deck is suprisingly good positioned right now. Since most spells are that cheap, spellstutter really shows. Then control them with discard and countermagic and kill them with manlands.

So no big update needed, just with a little tweaking I think you are good to go.
Feel free to take a look at my list for comparison.

There are 12 fetch lands, 5 shock lands, 4 thoughtseize and even dismember. Thats plenty of life loss i think.
Not so sure about Delay, I'd rather play 4 Dress Down here.
